Clean room, no smell, great cooling, comfortable beds, hot breakfast, and easy check in. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Was a great stay

This has been a mightmare. The room was so discusting with strong smell. The carpet was very wet that we had to change our socks. The wall had cracks and holes with no repair. I have pictures and i will post it on google review. Under the sheet and chair there was cut nails. The Chair had big liquid that just make you throw up. At checking the creapy person and wanted my daughter exact age even i told him they are under 13, it didn't make sense. Breakfast in such a small room so congested over crowded and HOT. It was just a chaotic and the only juice machine was not working. I never leave review but for this one i must to help others. The price is double of what you can pay else where that is clean and decent. I am not expecting it to give us 3 or 4 star but i do expect clean sheets no liqid stains on Chairs and have more the 1 mini shampoo. More important the managent is even more horrible, they don't care. Just rude and unprofessinal. This hotel is just unforgeable. Stay away or you will regret.

There was nothing for breakfast when I arrived it was 8 o'clock the area the people were crowded very small and the breakfast had not finished at all because they offer very bad service in that regard

The coffee machine didn't work, it was dirty inside, the TV didn't work either, the rest was fine.

When we arrived Diana greeted us with a Beautiful Smile and check in process was smooth. Diana is amazing!!

We were going for an overnight to Celebrate our Anniversary. We were looking forward to the jacuzzi. We’re 2 average sized individuals and we didn’t fit comfortably in the tub. It was poorly laid out that you had to get on your knees to lean into the tub to turn on the water or be in the tub already. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We would stay again but just get a regular room.

Overall it was a good stay. Bathroom was a bit tight, which I could deal with. Big issue I had was the bathtub would fill up with water. Clearly there was a clog of sorts . Eventually it went down when you stopped running the water. It was unsafe and unsanitary to stand in it to shower.

The rooms had a fishy smell. Other than that, the staff is super friendly. They could use some deep cleaning in the rooms

Staff were friendly and breakfast was amazing especially we love waffles.p and coffee. We stayed there in 2019 and keep coming back.
