My only problem was that I was wanting to make another room for myself in two weeks and the hotel person didn’t understand English language well enough to do that. He did try though.

I’ll never stay here again, that’s for sure. The room was unbearably hot when we arrived. We ordered food to eat and when we tried to use the microwave in our room it was COVERED in roaches, I took video and showed the front desk clerk and she half apologized and then asked what I wanted to do about it…like obviously I want my money back but it wasn’t even offered. There was also mold all over the room. The skirts on both beds had white mold growing on them, the desk chair also had mold growing on the back, and there was thick, grimy dust around the roach infested microwave and fridge and under/around the beds and nightstand.
There was never any staff around, every time I left the room it was like a ghost town. We skipped breakfast in the morning due to bugs and it again was a ghost town, no staff checking on anything or refilling anything or cleaning. No one was even at the front desk when I went to tell them about the roaches. I have 2 young children and I had to watch them like a hawk so they didn’t touch anything they weren’t supposed to, and so we ended up spending our holiday worried about bugs and filth instead of hanging out and enjoying each others company. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

We cruised in late just to crash out for a couple hours and grab breakfast. The room was grimy, there were dead bugs. The breakfast was also awful. The biscuits and gravy were cold, the muffins were dry, there was no eggs, sausage, yogurt or anything. I ended up making do with instant oatmeal. The waffles were the only redeeming thing but not everyone likes to carb load for breakfast. We were on the last leg of a ten hour drive and just needed a bed and a hot meal. It was a disappointing experience.

Outside of motel looks newer than it actually is. Bathroom shower/tub poor condition. Area around stool leaking. Walls thin-could hear person in another room snoring all night. Bed squeaks every time moved.

Service recovery is an area this property should work on. While a guest should not come across a sink that does not drain well, it is a bigger problem to tell the guest that the problem is solved when it has not been. Credit is due to the manager who is also a handyman and finally fixed the issue while showing the older guy that a long stick stirring around is never going to work. Proper housekeeping should have resolved these issues before handing the room to the next guest. After all these issues, there was no gesture of service recovery in compensating the guest in any shape and form. Combined with the breakfast service that served round eggs that still felt refrigerated and constantly ran low on food with no attention to refill until requested, there is quite some room for improvement.

In room 324 at first glace the place seemed decsent but upon further investigation the room was full of roaches. Not like 1 or 2, they were everywhere. I set food down and they swarmed my plate, one walked up and tryed to climb my foot. And several more instances where they had appeared. There were many nasty stains on the beds and burn holes even though it was a non smoking room. When attempting to ge a refund the guy on staff was rude and dismissive and was trying to do everything he could to not give the money back. I truly believe this place should be shut down for health violations.

It’s updated but there was men’s hair in the bathroom on the sink. The room smelled musty had a oder. It’s a cheaper hotel so u pay for what you get the cover had holes in them the bed was very squeaky so loud you couldn’t sleep if the person moved in 117. The website said a pool didn’t see one at all. My husband cleaned the tub floors bathroom with bleach a whole bottle bleach. They don’t restock breakfast first come first serve.

The room looked nice like the picture too bad the air conditioning wasn’t pushing the air out very much the shower plumbing wasn’t even attached correctly the breakfast was at least available but no coffee no fruit milk didn’t taste good ! And let me not forget there house keeping came knocking on the door at 8:30am luckily we were already up but seriously check out isn’t until 11am why are you waking ppl at 8:30 in the morning!!!

The room was very small, even for a solo traveler. The bed squeaked every time I moved and was very uncomfortable. Set the A/C to 68 and was still warm all night. Half of the lights in the room did not work, but the room itself was fairly clean.

I stayed here, thinking service animals were exempt from fees! Your front desk illegally asked for my dogs forms, and then charged me 50 fee for the dogs. When your website states they’re to be free! Terrible, I should take legal action against this hotel, it’s federally illegal to that to service animals!

Mostly good. Two problems.
1. The shower lever did not work. I could not shower. Bath was good and hot, though.

i would have go for a 5 stars but breakfast was very scarce. personel was super nice and cool. room was cosy anf basic. this is a motel to sleep. ideal for outside people who passes most of the time wandering the city! i will come back but i'll bring my own breakfast XD

Stayed here for the eclipse, and would not recommend. There were dead drain gnats in the shower, pipes that hissed and banged anytime someone turned on their shower, and the whole property had a musty smell to it. Not the worst maybe, but for sure not a pleasant stay.

I’m a travel nurse and I stayed there for 4 nights, I currently work nights 6:30-7:00am and I got off from work and was putting my dirty clothes in a bag that was on table and here lies a piece of floor tile, well the tile wasn’t there when I checked in, it didn’t fall from the ceiling., they was getting the tile on floor redone in the common area my room was on 1st floor, so I’m guessing either they let the Mexicans in my room, or they wasn’t watching behind the desk and one of them
Mexicans went and got a key and went in my room!!not sure if they were in cahoots with Mexicans or not, it’s ran by Indians I’m going to check for missing items before calling Indiana police!!👮 never book with econo lodge and suits in Indiana u will be sorry!!!!!

The property was run down. A light fixture was literally taped to the ceiling. My room had bugs in it. My bed even had some type of silverfish crawling across the pillow. When I told the front desk lady, she was very rude. I ended up leaving shortly after I got there. She didn’t offer a refund or anything else. Would never stay again, would not recommend.

I recently stayed at this motel and found it to be quite decent, especially considering its location, affordability, and cleanliness. However, I must point out that the breakfast options were a bit limited, with no eggs and a lack of variety. Additionally, I had a slightly uncomfortable experience during check-in as the staff member assisting us had a smoking smell, which made it a bit challenging to communicate face to face. Despite these minor issues, the overall stay was satisfactory.

It’s peaceful, easy to get to, and has some of the fastest Wifi speeds I have ever seen in a hotel environment. The downside, they are still doing renovations, and some of the rooms were smoking rooms before they started the renovations, so it still has some residual smoke smell.
