Amazing. Very atencious staff

The hotel was beautiful but what made it stand out above other hotels was the Staff. They are truly phenomenal! Such personal attention to every detail: dog bed and treats for our pet. Truffles and sparkling wine, assistance with every minor to major request. We felt like Rock Stars!

Gorgeous accommodations! Rooms are spectacular. The staff wait on you like you're the only guests. Everything felt personalized. They included and refilled all drinks in the room's mini-bar every day.

A true gem! Beautiful hotel with wonderful service in a great location. Delightful breakfast with many food options. Would stay here again without a doubt. We came with car and used their valet parking service which in this city we highly recommend not struggling to find parking yourself. During our stay we could travel the small city by foot easily. Truly a wonderful boutique hotel.

What a wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated so kindly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were beautiful, just like the pictures online. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The spinach omelette was delicious. We were able to walk from the hotel to many places all over the city. We highly recommend Hotel Gravina 51. We hope to visit again!

Hotel Gravina 51 is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Although it is rated 4 stars, it definitely surpasses many five-star hotels where we stayed. In our opinion, the highlight of the hotel and what makes it so successful is absolutely the staff - they are a bunch of charming, kind, conversational people - who simply love what they do, and it is certainly evident. We would be happy to mention Anna, David and Guillermo (William, I hope we spelled the name correctly) from the reception (and another lovely woman who greeted us the day we arrived in the afternoon - 26.04), and Karina from the restaurant, who were simply amazing. They helped us in everything - From the small to the big - a taxi late at night, checking in front of a place where we booked a show that we could arrive late, food sensitivities and in general, it was fun to go back to the hotel and just chat with them:) Beyond that, the rooms are simply beautiful and the photos simply do not reflect the reality; the location of the hotel is ideal - in the center of things, but on a relatively quiet street; and the breakfast was very tasty and one of the best we had, including consideration for food sensitivities and small requests. They even left me a vegan cake on arrival! Really an amazing hotel (and an amazing city), and we are just waiting to stay there again.

We were in Sevilla for only one night. I was concerned about parking and location. I chose Gravina51 for those reasons plus I liked the idea of an apartment type booking. The stay was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The breakfast was superb and the apartment was beautiful. I wish we would have stayed longer.

Loved this hotel. It is the ultimate boutique hotel experience. The service was excellent. Attention to detail was immaculate. We stayed in a room with an outdoor which made the space feel much larger. Would highly recommend.

Amazing little hotel in a great location for exploring the beautiful city of Seville. Everywhere was spotless and the staff so helpful and attentive. Loved the welcome bottle of fizz and the complimentary minibar which was restocked each day. Room was above our expectations and pictures dont do it justice. Bed was really comfy and other than being a bit noisy at night from passers by in the street, cant fault it. So glad we picked this hotel from our shortlist of 6. Highly recommend here to anyone. We'd certainly stay here again if we go back to Seville.

Nice, thoughtful and attentive, staff, offering great hospitality. Breakfast excellent. Hotel is in quiet street, though walking distance to city center. Rooms are nice, we would have liked a shower rather than a traditional bath.

A fabulous stay at Gravina 51 - a beautiful hotel, impeccably clean, convenient location, fabulous breakfast, and the hotel staff were so warm and attentive. On check-in, we were given an overview of the area, helping us to find our bearings, and a series of different restaurant recommendations based on the things we said we were after. I celebrated my birthday whilst at the hotel, and was treated to a bottle of bubbles, some chocolates and a lovely birthday note from the hotel team. The rooms are really comfortable, and window shutters offer absolute darkness for a good night of sleep! The free mini bar was really well stocked, and replenished daily - a pleasant surprise. Only slight down, the road outside was a little noisy in the mornings, but we didn’t intend to stay in bed anyway… time to get out in the sunshine and start the day! In a busy centre with narrow streets, I’m not sure you’d avoid this wherever you’d go. All in all, a simply fabulous stay. Would highly recommend the hotel to others!

Staff where very warm and friendly

This hotel was fabulous! From the incredible customer service to the luxury and comfort. Plus, hotel is close to everything! We walked to all of the monuments and places we wanted to see.

This was a beautiful, spacious property in a great location. The staff was so kind & welcoming - we enjoyed every moment of our stay. One of the most comfortable stays I’ve ever had & the best place we stayed in Espana. Many thanks for the hospitality & highly recommend!

The property was lovely, well-done, room was decent size and bathroom gigantic by European standards. Welcomed with a glass of champagne and then found a bottle of chilled champagne in the room! Staff was lovely. Appreciated being able to walk to everything easily.
