Nice clean and modern

Loved the Vibe, I feared everything we needed for our stay. Clean, safe and well maintained.

Location was great. Easy access to Sydney and to the start of City2surf

Friendly staff. Hotel room was large and comfortable. Shower screen over bath is not very wide and does leave water on the floor. Only has standard free TV with no access to subscription services. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Close to Museum station. Parking across the road.

Unfortunately there was some noise around 3am - 4am which was very disruptive but other than that The Vibe offered a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Reception, lobby and dining were all excellent.

Pros Staff were excellent, professional and polite. Room service was easy to order food was reasonably priced and food was great of what we ordered. Location is fantastic close to train station and restaurants Cons Bed was not made properly fell through the middle as mattress protectors was on one single bed only, I was travelling with partner we had to remake the bed. No microwave No mini bar Very noisey traffic noise was horrendous No blankets provided had to call down to reception to get them brought up promptly. Small duvet on bed did not cover both beds and was really thin. Bath room is tiny and door hits against toilet Little to no water pressure in shower bath area No streaming services available Room is overall dated and needs a refurbishment Room was not worth 300 plus dollars a night.

Always good to stay at Vibe. Wasn’t my favourite room I’ve stayed in, was a bit too warm and the not the biggest or nicest bathroom, but there were works going on next door. They put me in a room on the quiet side which I appreciated. Will be back.

I really liked the room, it was clean and looked nice and came with a set of twin beds as I requested the only issue I had which is small is that the mini fridge has very weak cooling even on max but besides that the whole experience was great and the staff were very kind and helpful

Proximity to light rail and distance from many landmarks. I wasnt told of building works going on around hotel and the noise this created

Was easy to get around, close to public transport and right in the city.

Early check in was available. When we ordered breakfast online, the option to pay in person or charge to room was available. We opted for pay in person & it was still charged to the room, the staff had no idea that you could pay in person. When we checked out the staff member just said how much we owed, didn't explain about the in room dining and why it was charged to the room & also didn't go through what rhe charges were, just said the price. The lack of communication with the staff on was quiet disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very big, quiet, nicely furnished and bed was comfortable. Bathroom needed some tlc but was clean. Service in the cafe was lovely. I would choose breakfast from menu in cafe over buffet. Reception felt a little understaffed but they were very helpful. I would stay again though. Location suited us really well (close to central station, buses, Hyde park, city centre). Not prettiest end of town but super convenient.

Great family room close to the CBD. Great facilities on hand at the hotel and the cafe downstairs had come fantastic breakfast options.

we stayed at the VIBE Hotel for 4 nights. It started with a very bad wi-fi, but the Manager, Ms Rosy, was very helpful and she was very accommodating. Very good is an understatement of how she was able to help and arrange things for us. She is fantastic!!!!! Every hotel should have someone like Ms. Rosy. Thank you Rosy....you were extra extra nice! We are very happy!!! Wish to extend our stay, but we can no longer cancel our booking from our next hotel. Thank you Vibe....will be back sooner.....

great location, great staff, great breakfast

Great location, easy access for public transport, very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was amazing, had dinner and breakfast there.

Had some rain during our stay. The roof started leaking. The staff said that hasn't happened before. I doubt that. We were offered a different room. The new room had a tap handle fall off and the shower selector thing was broken so we had to bath instead. Very unimpressed

The front desk staff was very ineffective when we checked in.

Amazing hotel! The stay was comfortable and the room was great; clean and spacious.

Very clean, good service however our room needs work. Toilet does not flush when it should ?? Why?? Shower pressure very slow. Another room had been renovated and everything worked very well. Buffet breakfast was ok though lacking staff in my opinion. Noticed Staff were run off their feet trying to keep up though they kept smiling.

Super comfortable bed, great coffee and cocktails in the restaurant and staff were friendly. Room was a really great size.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Had many faulty items in the room such as the TV. Had called customer service and no one came up to help.
