I recently stayed at the Adams Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, with my husband for four nights. Overall, our experience was decent, but there were some aspects that could use improvement.
Pros:
- Room Upgrade: We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a pool view, which was a lovely touch.
- Location: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Nissi Beach, perfect for beach lovers.
- Entertainment: The hotel offered various entertainment options throughout the day, which were great, especially if you're traveling with kids. There were also evening activities for adults.
Cons:
- Check-In Experience: The check-in process was lengthy, and we had to wait quite a while to get our room. However, the staff were friendly and offered us drinks while we waited.
- Food Quality: The food at the pool restaurant was disappointing. We found it to be of poor quality. On the other hand, the restaurant near the beach was pricier but much tastier.
- Bathroom Issues: Unfortunately, the smell from the bathrooms in our room was quite unpleasant.
- Breakfast Variety: While breakfast did offer a variety of options, the taste was lackluster, and the selections were repetitive each day.
- Housekeeping: Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning our room, as it didn't feel as fresh as it should have.
If you're looking for a good spot near the beach and are willing to overlook some shortcomings, it might still be worth considering.

Was not impressed. Check-in is at 15:00 and it is the time that shift change for the reception so we had to wait to be served. Room not ready had to wait for the room to be ready until 16:00. Breakfast average quality and options. Housekeeping was very helpful.

Nice facility. Comfortable and spacious rooms, good water amusement facilities. Unacceptable dining conditions due to insufficient cooling/air-conditioning in the dining hall, and unacceptable charge for basic liquids( drinking water , for example) during Lunch and Dinner. No coolers near and around the pools ( in spite of extremely hot weather). Slippery floor due to wet areas in the corridors leading from the pool area to the lobby.

The outdoor pools are very nice and the proximity to Nissi beach is ann advantage but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as presented.
The dining area was unbearable because there is no AC and on the corridors as well.
They charge extra and even a glass of water.
The food is average at best. Definitely not worth the pricing they charge

We went here with our 9 month old baby and had such a great stay in the Junior suite. Unfortunately our room (Elegance) with Sea view wasn’t ready, so they was very nice to upgrade us to the junior suite. Big and lovely room with bathtub, more privacy and nice view.
All the staff from reception, cleaning, spa, poolbar and specially in the restaurant is very nice and friendly - and they all said hi and played with our baby and she loved it! Specially thanks to the ladies in Guest Relations for helping us out.
The hotel is located perfectly with Nice private beach and different pools. Also just 50m from Nissi Beach. Unfortunately no heated pool, so the water in all pools was cold but ok.
There are restaurants and shops everywhere just 5 minutes away. It takes about 30 min walk to Ayia Napa and 5 min by the bus which cost 1,5 euro. We walked everyday.
There is also a nice gym with many machines and dumbbells aswell. The perfect big size hotel gym i’ll say.
The breakfast in the restaurant was great! They had everything, different kind of eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, cakes, fresh fruit and a lot more. That was a really nice buffet!
Overall we are very happy about our stay at Adams Beach Hotel. It’s a very nice hotel and the big pool area and private beach is just amazing!
We would love to stay here again next time for sure! ❤️

The day before our departure, I wanted to arrange a taxi for the next morning at the reception. The receptionist only replied “yes just come in the morning, there will be enough taxis outside.”
Come next morning I had the porter get our suitcases from the room and he asked me whether or not i had already arranged transfer to the airport. I told bim the receptionist told us to just come for there’ll be enough taxis.
The porter only said “no there are no taxis at the hotel in the morning, I will arrange one for you.”
When we got outside there was literally only our arranged taxi infront of the hotel, no other taxis were waiting...
I wonder how long we would have had to wait when we just went to the reception in the morning for the “waiting”
taxis....better to have one arranged beforehand!

We stayed in the superior room, clean, spacious and kids loved the bunk beds. Balcony was great with partial sea view. Was quite for sleeping. Fridge and hair dryer in room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast had good variety and all food was fresh. Pools were very clean (usual resort issues with people reserving sunbeds with towel and then not using then for hours) however we were always able to find at least 1 or 2 beds on the beach side to put our stuff..
Water slide good fun 1hour session twice a day. Fantastic on site beach. Plenty of showers to rinse off. Pool bar reasonably priced.

Nice Place , but I got a room which is old , supposed to be with see view we had it on the first floor , with very bad view over the roof top of the next building , room cleaning was not very good !

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. 3.5 star I would say.
The food and location are good, but due to the shear size of the place, and volume of people, breakfast feels very cramped and manic.
The WiFi and mobile data around the place it terrible, food and drinks is overpriced.
The gym is OK, staff are nice and friendly.
The location is nice and has lovely beaches nearby.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and its not worth the money.

I had an enjoyable stay, except that the person cleaning my room could not speak a word of english or understand a word of english. That made communication very difficult. The noisy beach bar across the road also was a challenge during the day because of how loud they played their music. There is no escape even with closed doors and windows in your room! Lastly, don;t try to get a refund if you have to leave early because of changes your carrier made to your iternary, cause that won't happen.
