this hotel was very dirty. a spider jumped at me from between pillows, and a brown bug in bathroom and the air conditioner was broken. when I placed my credit card on expedia someone hacked my card lucky I have a great credit card company but they canceled my card instantly when someone tried to purchase things I dont. but expedia was supposed to book me at la Quinta.if Wyndahm just puts people where they want my business will be done.

The staff was very helpful and engaged. The service including breakfast service was excellent.

There were things that just didn’t work, it was a king suite, the A/C in the bedroom was good but the one in the sitting room did not. I brought it up to management and they said yeah there’s nothing we can do for that. The lights didn’t work the room was dirty and noisy and they said they couldn’t do anything

Nothing worked, management don’t care and they are rude, they cook something that smells and all their family was in the pool! Seems it’s all their residents

The stay was great. We had a later check in and the front desk lady who checked us in was awesome. Very quiet room and the breakfast was one of the best we had.

We were greeted promptly upon arrival, the attendant found my reservation quickly, but then asked for my CC info for Incidentals, I replied that I had completed the Pre-Registration process the night before, in response to the text from Wyndham / Americinn regarding the CC info. I was told, quite rudely, that Americinn does not send texts to guests. I said, "Let me show you the text". I was told, again quite rudely, she didn't want to see it. I asked why they wanted the same information, again. I was quite rudely dismissed, she completed the check-in and said Thank you. I believe that is probably the poorest treatment I have received ever, during a check-in, at any hotel. We chose to stay here, because on our last trip to GF, we stayed here and enjoyed our visit, with the small exception of the 2 am fire drill ! Other than that, we had an excellent overnight stay ! Very clean property, clean, fresh smelling room. I mean very clean !

After reading reviews I was happy to book here as most were positive. Upon check in, we entered the room and found the carpet extremely dirty. Food and other stains all over most areas. To the point we would not take our shoes off. The pull out sofa’s were suede material and had multiple white stains on them. Fake eyelashes found on the desk and the mirror looks like it hasn’t been washed in a year. Probably the most unclean property I have encountered in a long time and I stay in hotels frequently. There are clearly no standards here! Make a different choice!

The room was never vacuum and the bed was never made. Very poor service for the price you charged. The early morning person working the first couple of days was a big help in obtaining soap etc which was never replaced.

When we arrive, our room has some dirt on the floor. Besides it was dusty, there was actually something they forgot to pick up.

We had a good time, rooms are okay. The aircon needs some cleaning but the rest is all good.

We rented a suite with the jacuzzi tub and fireplace as it was our anniversary. Paid around $500 US so close to $700 Canadian. The fireplace did not work. Housekeeping came in the next day, did very minimal. Did not even make the bed or give fresh bath towels. Would not stay here again.

Parking lot had a lot of potholes but was shared with another business. Room was good but could use some minor updates.

It was a nice stay for the most part. The people behind the counter were friendly, but quite busy having their own conversations when I approached the counter. They are from another culture and I don't mind that, except when they are at the counter with me and having a conversation in their native language and I don't know if they are talking about me or something else while I am in front of them. It would be appreciated if they spoke English only when customers are at the counter.

Wi fi was terrible and they advertised a bar in the hotel but have no liquor license so its just a lie

Had difficulties checking in, their computer system glitched . so had multiple problems with my payment and saying how I paid. This part was not smooth at all,

New owners took over hotel the day we arrived and previous owner clearly stopped taking care of hotel long before giving up possession. Room was ok except from hair all over shower/walls. Hot tub was closed due to water chemical levels being off. Pool should have been closed, stuff floating all over surface of water. I complained to staff about this and the next day the water issues were resolved. We were also upgraded to a suite the following day. Staff was very accommodating, new owners were polite and professional. Front desk worker Candace went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Good location close to everything. Price was reasonable for the quality of hotel.

The room was not very clean. The tub was damaged and the repair work was just okay. The hockey team staying there was so loud that I couldn’t sleep much of the night. Need to renovate

Average, older, not what I expected, more like a Super 8. Should have a lower price for the rooms.

Housekeeping of rooms was absolutely terrible. Crumbs, hairs and dust everywhere. Smudges and handprints on tables and counters.

it was great. the only thing missing was shampoo. I had conditioner & lotion, but no shampoo & didn't have time to call for any. I took a quick shower b4 leaving to join my kids at a robotics compertition in Grand Forks.

Enjoyed the quiet, safe and clean rooms! Could use some new pillows.

The room has a pull out couch that smelled like a wet dog. It was so smelly we couldn’t use it and we needed the space, so we then had 2 adults and a child stay in a small queen bed. The stay was also way too expensive for the hotel.

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and when we checked in, we were told the pool and hot tub hours. We returned to the hotel that night and wanted to relax in the hot tub as it was 11pm and had been a long day. Hot tub is open until midnight for adults. The hot ton was COLD! We went to tell the front desk and the employee was VERY rude. He looked at us like we were stupid and told us it hadn’t been working all day. I told him when we checked in that afternoon, we were specifically told the hours for the hot tub and no mention whatsoever that it wasn’t working. Made it sound like it was our fault for not knowing. No apology, no information if it would be fixed my the morning, no offer for a discount or partial (or whole) refund on room. Super rude! How hard would it be to put up a sign at the front desk or on the door to the pool to notify guests? There also was a loud “knocking” noise in the wall all night long. No idea what that was but very annoying.

Beds were too hard, but that is pretty much every hotel.
