Area is def sketchy. Hotel itself was ok. Breakfast was decent.

My cousin left her Air Pods in the room, they were engraved, and she could see them from "Find my Device" that it was in the hotel. She asked if she could have them shipped to her (at her cost) but was told that service would be unavailable. If there was anyway she could get them back, it would be greatly appreciated.

Lovely hotel. Great staff and comfortable rooms, though the air-con air flow splashed directly down on the top of the bed that's just a niggle. I was going to mention that the location isn't great(run down and dingy) but after seeing the rest of LA it's hard to see how they'd get a better location. I would recommend.

The website and the email that was sent was horribly written. First they charge you for the all the nights stayed and $100 room deposit per night. This is crazy, they should be charging the $100 deposit per night and then run your card after the stay. Also, the email states $50 a car for valet, now take it the cost was only $45 when I got there but it was $45 a night to valet. Sucks for the people working because they didn’t get a tip due to the $135 I had to pay to park my car there. They did not offer self parking or state I could self park on the street. We were there 2 years ago and they had self parking for free. Lastly, they don’t care if you ask why, they just say go to the website. The website sucks as well because it says $50 for valet, doesn’t say per night or day or any of that. Overall disappointed in the nickel and dimming the company is doing. I will not stay there again and tell everyone to stay away for the future.

Before booking in this hotel most people already know that they charge $50 parking fee a night and I know that. Although, because of that, I had already deducted their rating 1 star off. No way should this property receive 5 stars to begin because of that. We just have to book this hotel and suck the parking fee up because of the perfect location of this hotel to our visit's purpose. I was hoping to at least give them 4 stars but when we started taking a shower around 10:30 pm, we just realized that the shower drain was so clogged that if we continue using it, it would overflow to the floor. We reported it to the front desk, who was really kind, and they sent the security (also a very kind person) instead of a maintenance or housekeeping guys to unclog the drain. The security tried very hard to unclog the drain but to no avail. The kind front desk lady moved us to a different available room at around 11pm. Because of that event, I decided to deduct another 1 point for this review. It was stressing us out because we were already settled in the room and don't really want to move because we are so tired from our long drive. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable enough. We got some good sleep. The noise from the other rooms and the noise from the streets was very minimal. The area has homeless people roaming around, noticeably. The property is directly beside The Wildcard Boxing Club where the great Manny Pacquiao used to train with Freddie Roach.

Reasonably good. Breakfast was terribly bad. No fruits available. Coffee in the lobby instead of in the meal area. Pratically nothing in the area around the area.

Hotel was beautiful and very well kept. Really bad neighborhood though. Don't want to look outside and absolutely would not walk around outside. Also read the details. No parking on premise, valet only at $55 a day.

I was pleasantly surprised that in the heart of Hollywood we were able to find a modern and clean hotel with a very friendly staff.

Had a great time at this wonderful location. The room was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. The staff were extremely friendly and made the two night stay perfect. The hotel location was amazing, we loved being able to just walk around and see the heart of downtown Hollywood. We went for a concert that was canceled last minute. We made the best of our weekend trip by walking around and enjoying the sights.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Booked the room last minute and turned out better than I expected.

We came for a hospital appointment so our expectations were not too high. This hotel exceeded all of them. The front desk staff was friendly, the place is amazingly clean, the room was perfect, and the breakfast had so many yummy options. We will be returning in a few months and will definitely stay here again. Kudos to the staff!

Great stay! Just don't love the parking situation, but it's Hollywood. The parking situation is quite normal in these area. Mandatory $$$ Valet parking otherwise street parking which is RARE to find in this area. Valet fee, was charged to the Mandatory refundable security department. Other than that, great stay.

Everything was clean, the room was very spacious. Good location for what we needed. It felt very safe too.

Lack of friendliness, air conditioning did not work properly. Area around property is rough. Valet was pleasant but $50/day seemed a bit high relative to the price of the room. When we needed help from front desk because we couldn’t open the blinds we were told on the phone she couldn’t help because she’d never been in any of the rooms before.

Enjoyed the stay and area is good for tourist

Convenient location. Beverly Center Mall right across the street. Many restaurants to choose from nearby. Room very cozy, bed very comfortable, clean sheets. Great service. Forgot some items in security box, were returned to us without any incidence, staff very helpful. Very safe area.

Stayed here for our universal trip. It was a 10 minute Uber ride. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, very close to walk of fame. Parking was $50 a night.

I enjoyed myself at this nice facility when I got there I was greeted with smiles by beautiful faces at the front desk. Enjoy my time there .

I would prefer a self parking option if parking is onsite
