This was a return visit and everything was fine . I think 22 USD for breakfast is crazy and 7 USD for a coffee so I think next time I’ll try another hotel

I'm not the Marriott type, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to stay here one night. For the cost of a room, there's nothing there that makes it worth it. I've stayed in much cheaper hotels that had much better comfort, even in Armenia. I found that the pillows were flat the AC was weak, and the telephone that I actually needed for once didn't work. What warrants such a pricy room? Just the name of the hotel? I think that they could elevate something to make a person feel like the price is justified. Maybe include a nice breakfast, or something, but that was extra as well. I'll never stay here or at a Marriott again. The building was nice, but that does not make up for the price. At all. I really regret this expenditure, but as I said, I didn't have a choice at the time.

This was our first trip to Armenia, and we were so excited to stay at the Marriott, given its great location and our previous experiences with their service. It did not disappoint!
From the moment we arrived, Mariam at reception made sure our check-in was smooth. To our surprise and delight, we got a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite! It was amazing.
Lusine at the Executive Lounge was so kind and attentive, giving us great suggestions for places to visit nearby. The housekeeping staff, especially Chand and a couple of others, were fantastic. And Levon, the bellboy, was always quick to help with our luggage and give us directions when we needed them.
The breakfast spread was perfect, with lots of delicious options. The room views were stunning, and everything was super clean. I can't stop raving about our stay.
We would love to come back. Thank you, Marriott, for making our trip unforgettable!

Marriott Yerevan is my preferred stay, with its beautiful surroundings. The staff, creating a homely atmosphere, is truly exceptional. The property and rooms' cleanliness, along with the executive lounge amenities, contribute to an overall amazing experience.

Staying at Marriott was great and the staff and service was excellent. Levon, who was very professional and courteous, greeted us at the door and was very helpful. The views of the Republic Square are very nice.

The property is unique in location and staff, but the interior outside the rooms needs to be updated. The rooms are fine and recently renovated. I have been a regular guest there for over a decade and won't stay at other places.

This is the worst booking ever the rooms were not ready I had to cancel my reservation and book another local hotel and Expedia wouldn’t refund my funds even though I didn’t stay they wouldn’t refund me!! I had to dispute it with my credit card company

I was disappointed by the executive lounge area. There was no service until late afternoon. It used to be much better. There was no breakfast or snacks in the morning. I won’t get executive room next time!

Whenever in Yerevan I stay at the Marriott for many reasons - It’s location on the square and next to restaurants and the Vernissage (shopping), the wonderful staff that caters to your every need, the fantastic breakfast and service etc.

When we arrived they told us that dinner was included. When we went for dinner at 8:30 pm they told us that it was only until 8 pm and from then we would be charged. Very disappointing!!
