Always an amazing stay in Hollywood

The staff members were kind and helpful but the cleanliness of the room was just beyond disappointing. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and discovered a old stale box of food inside the fridge. Yuck. Please do a better job when cleaning.

This was a trip we went on to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time at this property. Very clean, great service, super friendly staff, really efficient, and nice rooms! One of the staff members upon check in upgraded us to a suite since they had one available and it was my birthday. Super thoughtful of him and it was SO nice. The extra room was great. I recommend to all and would absolutely return.

Amazing stay at Loews! My partner and I have made it a point to try the Loews hotel in each city we go to and this location in Hollywood did not disappoint! Amenities were amazing and the service was outstanding! Definitely recommend for short getaway vacations!

Went to concert at Hollywood bowl so wanted to stay close by. Great bar and food. Great coffee place as well.

Awesome location. Walking distance to our concert at the Hollywood Bowl, but noticed it’s really close to El Capitan too. Shower door and bathroom sink had leaks, and a few nicks here and there on the furniture, but overall cozy stay. Bar area was nice with a tasty salad option (the one with beets). Would return.

Great service from all staff. Decent hotel but it is starting to look a little worn. No refrigerator in room. My only real complaint is the food. It was bland and awful plus super expensive. Even my scrambled eggs tasted bad. They need to up their food game.

This hotel is located at the perfect location. Walking distance for many retails and restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly. The valet was $60 per day. However their is a parking garage right next door for $20 daily max if you only leave once. Everytime you leave you will need to pay again, however it is still cheaper than Valet. When you book via Hotels.com they charge you an additional daily fee of $30 per day. It can not be remove. Consider that when booking here. Advice, do your research on distance and rental. I saw many ppl taken uber. Something i will consider on my next trip. Many attractions are less than 20 miles from the hotel.

Great hotel, staff helpful and polite. Walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl. Outdoor mall and underground parking next door. Centrally located in Hollywood. I would stay again.

My stay at Loews Hollywood was great. It was my first time in CA and it was a trip that I planned to take my mom on a vacation for some quality mom and daughter time. I started staying at Loews hotels back in 2022 at Loews Miami and have been staying at them since. I've stayed at Loews Miami twice (by far my favorite), Loews Atlanta and now Loews Hollywood. The service at and presentation of the hotel did not disappoint and met the standard I have come to expect. The hotel is a little older maybe than Miami but they keep it in great shape, the rooms are still quite nice and the cleanliness is very much so up to par. All the interactions with any employee there: front desk, valet, housekeeping, room service, servers in the restaurant, and baristas in the pantry were all pleasant and accommodating! Great location a block over from the Hollywood Blvd and the Walk of Fame but not directly on it so less riff raff. Connected to Ovation Mall which is a nice outdoor shopping experience to just be able to walk through with a nice central outdoor space to kick back and relax or people watch lol.

Loews is ideally located to access all the LA areas. Hollywood bowl at a walking distance. The team is friendly and professional. Really loved being here.

The shuttle on site made it super easy to get to the Hollywood Bowl for a concert. We decided to walk back to the hotel after the show.

The beds and comforter were really comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The food at the bar area was good (but always really busy).

Best place to stay going ro the bowl for a show. Easy 15 min walk up.and back. Place is right in middle of Hollywood.

I got money stolen and I did not like the treatment from the staff there is to much hidden fees

It was lovely but the area is busy if you like the excitement of Hollywood.

We were in town for a concert a the Hollywood Bowl. We were disappointed upon arrival the hotel that the breakfast and the pool was not available due to a private event throughout our stay. We had chosen to stay at the Loews especially for the pool, and paid a premium for it. This was super disappointing. The room was nice, clean and the staff was great though. I would potentially stay there again but would ensure the pool was available before booking.

We arrived late and were glad we called ahead to let them know, otherwise they said we would have been considered "no shows" - it would be helpful to have that information somewhere on the website. The room and the bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. Bed was amazing! King room had nice chair and ottoman, in addition to desk/chair and everything in the room was neat and clean. The dishes left in the hallway for two days were off-putting though - how hard would it be for housekeeping to pick up some plates and empty wine bottles? Preston's for breakfast was good - brunch seemed pricey, until you realize coffee is $7 a la carte but included in the brunch price - they had a good selection of dishes (hot and cold) and the best potatoes ever. Attached to the Ovation mall, it is a great location, especially if you're going to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl - there's a direct shuttle. Highly recommend, dirty hallway dishes, notwithstanding.

I chose this place because it was close to Hollywood Bowl for Omar Apollo/Malcolm Todd concert for the kids. Everyone was very nice and the place was very clean. We did the valet parking ($60) which worked out great! If there was one thing to complain about, it was be traffic noise. We were on the 19th floor and could hear all of the traffic. Having said that, I would stay at this place again. Did not get a chance to check out the bar or restaurant as we stayed for one night. Great place overall!

Fantastic Hollywood location. Valet parking professional, quick, courteous. Pool heated - makes it great experience, enjoyable, appreciated that. Comfy bed & professional housekeeping all 4 days. Didn’t have to beg for towels, clean fresh EVERY day. They make the bed & vacuum EVERY day. Finally a hotel that operates like a full service hotel. As lively or quiet as you want it to be. Delivers as promised & advertised. Preston’s Restaurant amazing chefs & service. Staff polite, well trained. A refreshing change.

Fabulous hotel and great location!

Meh. For the price in the location you’d certainly expect much better. We really wish we’d stayed at the Roosevelt or the Thompson or one of the other trendy ones as this had no character and felt like the Costco version of a hotel.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was spotless, everyone was friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and a nice size.

This is about my 12th stay at this hotel. Clearly I am a fan! The staff, location, and comfort here are all exceptional.

Enjoy my stay and visit. The staff was great, from entry to exist. I will be back!

I booked room with 2 queen beds, they gave me one king accessible. They promised food and beverage credit, never honored it.

I love this hotel. The staff are awesome. It is simultaneously near all the action, but far enough away that it never gets too boisterous. I have stayed here multiple times and plan to continue to stay here in the future.

It is located within 5 minutes walking distance from Hollywood Main Street. It was safe because there was a shopping center right next door. I stayed in a room with a view of the Hollywood sign, and the view was nice and the bedding was clean. However, there were people on drugs around at night, so it didn't seem safe anywhere at night.
