There was no way to call reception from the room, or from anywhere - very difficult to get in touch with anyone when things are broken or go wrong.
Otherwise, a nice hotel, but for the price similar hotels in the area offer a much better all around service.

This was the most incredible experience. It’s boutique hotel and masterpiece. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and going above and beyond to make your visit pleasurable. We loved everything and night teas on Terrace watching to Cathedral was mesmerizing.

By far the most memorable hotel experience EVER!! The Hotel was a dream come true in very possible way! From excellent bedding to over all vibe! Most delicious breakfast and the atmosphere was an encounter most incredible!!

It was alright , good location. Heart of palma , close to everything . However very disappointing that water bottles were not provided even though concierge said we would get one complimentary bottle per day . Some days they forgot to give us , when I asked for it , they billed it to the room .

This hotel is like an oasis of calm and tranquility in a bustling and vibrant city. It exudes elegance from the moment you enter the courtyard and the room didn’t disappoint- we stayed in the Royal Suite which has a private terrace with a view of the cathedral and King’s garden, a real gem of a find. The staff are so obliging, especially at breakfast which provides a real personal touch. The spa is a must, we had 2 hours of fun in the pool mixed with real indulgence and relaxation. Don’t want to come home!

Very unique boutique hotel, with exceptional staff. Everybody was super friendly and made sure we were feeling well. Vivaldi Suite was a very nice and spacious room. The private Spa was amazing and the breakfast probably the best we ever had.

We loved everything about this hotel. The building itself is just stunning - you are basically staying in a palace! The room was beautifully decorated with every provision you could ask for. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The very best thing about our stay was the staff - without exception, they were charming, friendly and helpful. Just go - you will not regret it!

A really old beautiful hotel in old Palma - small number of rooms so not busy and chef cooks breakfast for you - which was very nice. Downside - the room we were in had very little sound proofing so could hear neighbours tv and doors etc so not so good if a light sleeper. But no road noise etc. Nice roof terrace with views of port and cathedral. We could walk to beach and restaurants and shops, museums etc easily.

A gem of a boutique hotel in Palma Mallorca, with delicate touches of care and beauty at every corner! The hostess was a fantastic human being, and the rest of the staff too. They cared about the environment, which made us delighted. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining room it was served in, couldn't be more beautiful. A very memorable experience for my wife and I, we have nothing but the best of wishes for them.

We had booked before but the room offered was not at all to our liking and they had no alternatives. However they were so nice about it that they arranged us to go to another hotel and gave us a light lunch on their delightful roof terrace whilst the transfer was arranged. So we thought we owed them another try. It was a wonderful experience as the staff could not do enough to ensure we had a comfortable time and the breakfast was amazing with the chef cooking anything you fancied to order in a truly bizarre yellow kitchen! Unfortunately the spa was closed as they had recently had a fire in the basement which was not advised to us by Hotels.com at the time of booking and should have been. If you want a special antique boutique hotel ideally placed in Palma then this is it!

The Palacio Ca Sa Galesa is a small hotel distinguished by the outstanding individual service it provides to the small number of guests it accommodates in its unique bedrooms and suites. Guests are encouraged to treat the hotel as a home away from home, with a kitchen to hang out in for breakfast and afternoon snacks, a sitting-room-cum-library, as well as a formal dining and reception rooms, should the occasion demand. The rooftop terrace offers a relaxing space to enjoy a drink or meal, or take the sun in a lounge chair. We really enjoyed our stay and shall return.

Amazing hotel.
Really helpful concierge. Recommended restaurants and bars which were some of the best I've been to In Palma and Majorca.
Great position very close to everything aswell.
Flexible with parking (very useful for an area with little parking) and check out.
The room was clean and the facilities are brilliant.
Great views over the city.
We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Palma.

Beautiful and elegant old palace turned into hotel only recently. Big rooms, amazing and helpful service.Roof top deck is great place to have a drink and just hang out in the lounges. Staff encourages you to use the kitchen, dining rooms, etc. Make it like your own.

It was very different and had lovely bathroom and very grand styling. It was discreet and not in your face. Public areas such as dining room and grand hall were very grand and tasteful. It felt more like a stately home than a hotel. Little things like the door of room did not stay shut unless locked so we both had to be in room was bit irritating. Reception was very small and staff did not have a very good understanding of English sometimes.

This perfectly situated hotel may well have been 5* once (it won awards in the late 1990s / early 2000s, the Bang & Olufsen phones in the rooms etc were once top quality but now just looked old fashioned & tired) but is in desperate need of some TLC.The staff are excellent but the rooms, lifts & dining rooms are in real need of an update & have all the little things fixed.We had to endure the first night in a small dark suite which smelled musty & was in no way worthy of even a decent 4* hotel. On complaining to the Manageress we were given for the next 2 nights of our 3 night stay a much better & proper suite although the Jacuzzi bath didnt function correctly, the heated towel rail was broken & switches on the bathroom wall were loose - really not acceptable for a 4 never mind a 5* hotel.Overall we enjoyed the trip although would not recommend this hotel unless it was brought up to date & everything worked as it should. Then it may well win more awards.

very nice hotel, rooms a bit smaller than expected (given the overall size of the building); service a bit disorganized; great to have the free bikes, but maintenance staff should have the right tools to actually adjust things like the handlebar. Amazing pool and relaxing area in the caves.

The hotel was lacking in service such as having to ring for service from a bar and no restaurant. It didn’t help having no air con and having workmen working in the corridor till 9.00 pm outside the room. The only worker worth is salt was the bar man on the evening
