The man working the front desk could hardly be bothered to look up from his phone to assist us with check-in. He gave us information contradictory to what is listed in Hotels.com and overcharged us for parking. Very disappointed in the service. Room was lacking - no hand soap, the room smelled musty, and the curtains didn’t close all the way. I had no confidence in giving feedback to the front desk since our check-in experience was so poor.

i was rather unhappy with this place, was this the first one ever built? it was comfortable , nice tv, very few channels compared to every place i have stayed in the past several years. it is clean, , i would have been a bit happier if the men working there werent so couldnt care less attitude, seriously i travel very much. have not seen any place have such dont give a care attitude.??? lots of good people out there looking for jobs

We stayed the night before a trip to Florida. We chose this particular hotel for the price, proximity to the airport, and it was the only hotel with a room for 5 that also included free shuttle to the airport. At check-in there was only one individual working, (no fault of her own) and even though she was working solo she managed to take care of a large crowd of individuals awaiting their room keys for the evening. If it was me I would have been flustered but she was great. Our room was relatively tidy, but the arms on one of the chairs was fairly dirty-which I simply covered with a towel on each arm rest. Other than that it was great. In the morning the gal at the front desk seemed to be handling the front desk AND the shuttle so she deserves a raise! I didn’t pay close attention at check in but she might have been the same lady running the front desk solo the night before. Other than the arm rests the room was clean.

Our stay was ok. The hotel was a good value but showed signs of high traffic/use (lots of travel youth sports team guests when we stayed). Free breakfast was a plus.

Great place to stay if you have an early flight out of CVG. Clean, comfortable, and you can grab breakfast before you leave.

The manage Crystal Patel made our stay so comfortable. She was the face of the hotel for us. Very friendly and helpful.
I recommend this hotel mostly because of her.

The through the wall air conditioning unit ran all Long with no way to turn it off. It was hard to keep the room and I consistent temperature and and it played heck with mine and my wife’s sinuses. My bed is the air conditioner filters needed changing and also a switch either on the unit or in the wall somewhere should be available to the guest.

Over all it was excellent. Two minor items I passed on to the front desk, over head light in bedroom not working, bathroom sink faucet hot and cold water switched.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was good, the bed very comfortable. I didn't find the staff to be very friendly or interact with any of us -in the dining room or at the check in station. They were not rude just seemed to tolerate people.

A young man named Noah, although the solo staff memeber at 2:00 AM, still brought the shuttle van to get us from our much-delayed flight into the airport. All the staff were great, but he was a hero that saved a jet lagged family in distress.

The pool was nice and seemed pretty clean. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here. It was "fine" and on the less expensive side, but if you have the option, stay somewhere else. The bed was so uncomfortable, I guess it had some sort of plastic cover on the mattress and then a fitted sheet on top, so any sweat just collected and made you feel wet the whole time? It was gross. The furniture and remote were visibly dirty, and they charge a $100 deposit which was more than our entire reservation.

The crown molding on the ceiling was literally falling off the ceiling in our room. The hotel needs a serious upgrade.

SHOWER CURTAIN IS REQUIRED IN THE BATHROOM. I got in late and was super pissed off to find after 6 crappy hours of sleep that I was not going to get to take a shower at 6:00 am to start my day because THERE WAS NO SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE BATHROOM.

Nice hotel for price. Easy check-in. Very clean lobby, breakfast area, and rooms. Decent breakfast with plenty of options. Most of the staff, especially the cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful. Only issue that occurred was that the air conditioning unit in our room was very loud when running. Also, would need to be able to drive for food (or door dash) since there is nothing within walking distance.

The hotel is in a convenient location, but it’s more suited for a quick one-night stay rather than a family visit with kids. The decor feels a bit outdated, and the furniture and sheets could use an upgrade. Breakfast is decent, and overall, the stay was not bad.

The property was very close to the airport easy to get to. Check in was easy, staff was welcoming. Our bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delightful. This was an easy one night stay for us before we made our 30 minute drive to the ARK Encounter in Kentucky. We had dinner at Longnecks sports bar not too far away from the hotel
