Buffet was very unorganized and mis managed; we had to catch a flight and leave the hotel by 730 ; breakfast buffet was supposed to be ready by 630 but even at 7 am most of the items were still not ready even tea or coffee

Pros: Beautiful lobby, pool area was nice, comfortable bed, central location, easy to get a taxi
Cons: dark ambiance (really gloomy), room floors were stained, bathroom fixtures and utlities were modern by design but in poor shape. Shower drain didn't work well. Food in the hotel was subpar.

We had a nice stay at Radisson Blu. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The bag staff and security were also very welcoming every time we passed them.
Unfortunately one of the towels had a stain on it and the doors weren't very soundproof so we could often here a lot of corridor noise however aside from that, everything else was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is really well located - in the center of Bangalore and you pay premium for this facility. The breakfast spread is nice. The rooms are smaller in size and three can be a squeeze - though the staff was kind enough to give us alternatives. The hotel as a design is cramped - and the lighting design in the corridors can be creepy. But the service was good and the location was great!

Prior to check in requested extra bed and airport pickup, but no one responded back to query. At the time of check-in hotel charges additional 1500 rupees plus taxes per night for extra bed.

Room was close to a very busy road and horns, sirens etc. noise throughout the night. Windows should be soundproof. Had to wear ear plugs to go to sleep.
Morning shower at 9am had ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. Ran the shower for 10 minutes and still no hot water. Ended up taking a cold shower in Bangalore weather.
Room service did not have my first two choices from the menu. Had to settle for something else.

First evening was not so pleasant with the washbasin and the bath tub both having water clogging issue. Also made three calls to the house keeping for fresh towels even then no one came, finally went down to the front desk and requested for the same. By 11 in the night the manager upgraded us to a better room when she realised that the technician was cleaning the bath tub and wash basin clogs in front of me which the hotel should have taken care of before alloting the room to a customer. On the upside the breakfast , lunch and dinner buffets were great.

Clean hotel, courteous staff, great breakfast, ample parking, overall a comfortable stay. Only suggestion is that they should upgrade the Whiskey Bar - uncomfortable seating and cheerless interiors.

Not the best hotel to choose. I was here for two days the stay was terrible . There were not enough hand sanitizers in the location. No security screening was done it was just for name sake they had a screening machine but they never used it. No sanitizers inside the lift . The room I took was smelling so terrible. I would expect a little more quality from raddisons . Usually I have seen hotels keep sanitizers inside the lift , also the screwing part they never send any luggage via the screening machine or did any luggage sanitisation .

great location, lighting was fantastic,very attentive front desk staff, beautiful bar. fine restaurant with a wide variety buffet, very friendly and efficient breakfast staff. new selections offered by the chef himself and a great explanation of what it was and what the ingredients were. all staff were very helpful.

Terrific hotel! Main disappointment was that my schedule meant I could only stay one night and I had to go on to Pune. Been in some poor places on this trip, so this hotel was a revelation. I was so pleased to find a super comfortable and very quiet & clean room. Breakfast was also very good.

The stay was very comfortable and it is perfect for business purpose. The rooms are nice as well as the breakfast spread is good. Even the food quality and taste is very good. The hotel has a good choice of restaurants. I would definitely stay out here again. Service is great and very friendly staff.

There are a couple of points -
1. Check in is at 14.00 hours and check out is 12 PM. So the room is available for 22 hours though you pay for the night. Something odd.
2. The service attitude and courtesy could be better especially when compared to hotels like ITC Gardenia etc.

The staff are extremely friendly and everyone has a smile on their face. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are a bit dated. My room in particular smelt musty and smoky. The bed wasn't comfortable and probably passes its throw away date. The bathroom has some mold. No cleaning for two days
