We enjoyed a four night stay. Myself, my husband and our 3 year old. Great service and friendly staff. Great location. Felt very safe walking around at night and down Duval. Cafe on site had very good food. Small rooms. Pools were warm enough to swim but sadly no shallow area for children to wade in. Overall we enjoyed and would stay again.

It was a very nice resort that was convenient to all of the places in Key West The only complaint was that the pool water was too cold.

Greeted well but we are unloading luggage, staff member helps carry them up to looby, takes a tip and then we find out that we have to carry them back down the steps to get to our rooms. Patio door couldn't get open, remote for the tv did not work well, bathroom lighting was good if you like a poorly lit bathroom.

We had the best time at our stay. Rooms were clean, updated, and well equipped. Great pools, bars, and restaurants.

Stayed 2 nights which gave us an evening and 1 day to experience the Florida Key area (our first trip). When checking in, a couple were having a big dispute with office mgr over lack of service and unmet expectations with property. It was a significant birthday event for the wife and the husband wanted it to be special. He was furious. Our experience wasn't all that different. At checkin we were offered an upgrade. I asked about the cost difference and satisfied and accepted it. When we got to our room and noted a lack of decaffinated coffee, we called and requested same. I was told someone would deliver it and he did. When the packages arrived they weren't marked in English so I asked the fellow if he was sure it was decaffinated. He assured me it was, but he spoke very little English so may not have understood. It was important to get it right because I have an adverse reaction to caffeine. I trusted the service and drank 2 cups next morning. Ended up spending most of our one precious day in room trying to recover. I called the front desk and told them what happened. Did receive a call from office mgr that evening asking if I wanted her to call an ambulance. I declined. When checking out I asked to be refunded the upgrade fee as compensation for their mistake and our lost day. The Front Mgr was unbending & declined. In the end the upgrade fee was double what was stated at check-in. Not at all happy with this property's service mindset.
