Absolutely lovely hotel. Room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was very good and service throughout the way was friendly and very professional. The location of the hotel is right across from the Guggenheim. You have a wonderful view there of the gallery at breakfast.

Lovely hotel right next to Guggenheim in a quiet area. Staff were very friendly and polite, room spacious and very comfortable and hotel facilities good. Rooftop bar was beautiful with lovely views. We had an inner smart room which was a little dark but good value. There was occasional noise from the atrium but nothing which was a problem. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel with exceptional staff, nice rooms and comfy beds, and amazing breakfast with a fantastic view over Bilbao and the Guggenheim museum. Also very close to the airport and city center! Recommend!

Outstanding location for visits to the museums and the town! Was disappointed that my wife was bitten over 20 times by some bugs, apparently bed bugs. Very surprised a hotel of this caliber has this problem. She was bitten over two nights so there was no other explanation for the bites other than in the night while sleeping!!

Super nicely located, right in front of Guggenheim, however, the isolation is poor and you hear doors opening and closing during the night, by any other room on your floor. We were disappointed about that.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. It’s super cool style wise and the service was best in class. I’d absolutely stay here again. Great location for Guggenheim and walking around.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in years! Excellent service, comfort and value for money in a fantastic location with an amazing view over Guggenheim Museum just across the street. I can strongly recommend a stay at this most friendly hotel in a charming city.
Ps. They also serve a delicious breakfast with high quality products (and a again superb service 👌).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge helped with restaurant and trip suggestions. The property was clean and in a wonderful location. The roof top lounge is nice with a view of the Guggenheim and the river. The hotel bar is convenient, and the bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. The gym was useful.
