Staff is amazing, room was great besides weird wet spot on the sheet that was quickly changed out by the staff who went above and beyond to get it quickly changed late at night. Lobby is beautiful, only down side is the small bar/bistro/coffee did not open until after 7:30am but there are tons of food and coffee options within walking distance and

My stay was AMAZING! Receptionists were absolutely incredible especially Karla and the other gentlemen who seemed new and was in training. They were super helpful, greeted me every time I walked in and made me feel so welcomed. I’m definitely coming back here and referring friends to this hotel. Thank you

Customer service was very appreciative! Very friendly. Just a little hiccup was there was no complimentary breakfast. Maybe some toast with coffee, tea would be nice! But overall was very nice clean and well kept hotel!!!

The hotel location was ideal and plenty of free parking. Lobby area is beautiful.
Cleaning service was very poor. No body lotion in room, water and coffee maker supplies in the room was not refilled. Carpet on the 3rd floor hallway is starting to smell.

TV signal was not working in room. Was switched to a new room where AC was not cool. Had to use Fan.

good normal mariott hotel, clean and modern and fairly updated.
i asked for a quiet room top floor, and got it, no outside noises for the most part.
good highway access.
downsides:
no included breakfast (slightly overpriced mini starbucks in lobby though)
area around hotel is strip mall type area
weight room was minimal
pool area was closed down

The facility is quite old. The bathroom curtain is not clean and the curtain in the room is broken. The hotel doesn't do daily cleaning but just changes the towel which I am not happy with. The toilet was clogged but they couldn't fix it. We got a room changed but the hairdryer is terrible. Staff is nice but the whole facility needs improvement.

Room was clean, comfy bed, nice shower, refrigerator didn’t have freezer compartment and generally never got very cold, no microwave in room which was inconvenient. Breakfast and limited dinner menu available at small bistro but at additional cost. No coffee available in the morning unless you used the in room coffee maker. Front desk staff courteous didn’t go out of their way. Pool and surrounding area needed cleaning and repairs. Would probably not select this hotel in future.

I loved how convenient and quick it was to check in and the staff was nothing but nice. The area is also lovely with stores all around. Great hotel.

I was honestly really impressed at the value for money. The room was clean, nothing was old or dirty, and the hotel was extremely quiet. No complaints, I think I'm a Courtyard fan now.

Hotel felt like a glorified Motel 6. No Microwaves in rooms or at least on each floor. No Air Conditioning in the Main building areas. Broken unkept A/C Units in the halls. Towel requests were not accommodated without further discussion or debate. No room service available and the on-site restaurant was not very accommodating. You had to catch them on their time table.

Whirlpool wasn’t warm on several days. Man complained and man came out and fixed it quickly. Pool decking is breaking up around the pool and whirlpool.

Very disappointed in the customer service we received. The bed sheets had a small dried blood stain on the sheets what appeared to be menstrual fluid. I asked for a change of sheets 4 times before they were ever changed. I first informed front desk she “made a note” in the morning when we came back the sheets were not changed there was still old and dirty. I called front desk the manager brought up two new flat sheets. The next morning I asked again for FITTED sheets and then on our last day they finally changed the sheets. I don’t understand how housekeeping would have put dirty sheets on and left them on for our entire stay. Very frustrating disgusting and the way the hotel handled the situation was unacceptable! Will not be staying there again!

The pool area needs some work. The cement is chipping around the pool and during our stay, the jacuzzi was out of order. As for the hotel and rooms itself, the conditions were clean.
