The room itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and everything felt very fresh. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. It’s only a short walk to dozens of eating and drinking options.

Close to central Zurich, and very walkable to several museums and churches for sightseeing. Complimentary breakfast in the restaurant below starts early at 6:30, so you can make the most of your day.

The location of the property in Old Town was perfect. Finding the hotel was a little difficult, but The charm of the hotel and the quality of food at the restaurant made up for that. If you're looking for a large sign, you won't find it, but look up on the side of the building. We made reservations that evening for dinner, the restaurant is quite popular and the food is very good. The rooms are on the small side but very adequate for a couple. Everything was clean and fresh. Our room overlooked a lovely courtyard, where are various restaurants held outdoor seating. It's close to the train station, our tours started and stopped near the train station so very convened.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main train station in Zürich. You can always catch the number four trolley. It is located right in the middle of old town and everything is within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is included in your room and we stayed in a room with a balcony that overlooked the square. We will definitely go back to this hotel when we return to Zürich!

Swiss Chuchi is a good restaurant with delicious Swiss menu. Long lines, so reserve ahead.

Property has a great location and was clean. My disappointment was with the beds that are not comfortable and left me tossing and turning all night. They need to upgrade and buy some better quality beds.

Great location and staff. I needed feminine hygiene products unexpectedly and the front desk helped me out. The staff was friendly and sent a post card for us and booked our restaurant.

Everything perfect in Swiss fashion. However, they have a monumental problem in that right outside the hotel is a charming public plaza with a restaurant (fine) but also a drunken group of I’m assuming youths who have absolutely no respect for their surroundings at 4 in the morning. I finally got to sleep…it’s a serious problem that will require of the hotel and their associates local regulations to cap off the time for private gatherings in public Residential places.

What a lovely place to stay in ZURICH, so close to the top of the Lake + easy walking distance (12min) to ZURICH HB....The Receptionist was very "Willkommening"...she even liked my panama!
I got a lovely room overlooking a large courtyard behind the hotel, with AMAZING tall Plane Trees which made the room lovely and cool - and so pleasant to look into, and in the evening was a great place to listen to the buzz of the diners below.
Bed was very comfy, although still a lil jetlagged it was a lovely place to recharge my "batteries" (and those other ones as well!)

This is a very charming hotel that is centrally located in the best area of old town Zürich. The rooms have beautiful murals and you definitely feel like you are in Switzerland. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the free water and drinks that the hotel provides. Everything is so expensive in Zürich, so anywhere you can save is great. My main issue with the hotel was the beds. They are extremely firm. I had trouble sleeping and had an aching back from how stiff the beds are. Some people don’t mind this, but I did not care for it. I would not choose this hotel again for that one reason. It’s a shame because everything else about this hotel is great.

This was a great hotel to stay in. The location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and bars and easy walk to the river and surrounds.
The room was great very quiet with the double glazed windows, a great size and very comfortable. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Only 1 night (Sunday) - great location to old town Zurich. Hotel was as advertised. Airport shuttle was good add'l benefit. While we didn't eat raclette there (had our fill elsewhere) - the line was out the door - so must be good.
Breakfast Buffet was "typical".
Tapas place across the street worth the visit.
