Check in took forever as their machine went down. Hotel had no extra blankets. No coffee machine. Hair on the towels. A bag around the smoke alarm Very thin walls with very loud traffic.

We checked in around 7:30pm and the 1st room had such a strong smell of marijuana. I instantly called the front desk and they immediately moved us to the room next door. That room also smelled but this time of a mix of old cigarettes and such strong cleaning supplies. We decided to grin and bear it. Around 10:30 we hear really loud talking. We look out the window and the 2 older men had moved their table and chairs from inside their room to the walkway so they could smoke their cigars and drink their beers. They were talking so loud and laughing until around 12:30. If it wasn’t so late and we weren’t all in bed I would’ve asked for a refund and left. We turned the fan over high to drown out the noise and slept the best we could. My son showered 1st and said the flow of his pee is stronger than the water pressure in the shower. It wasn’t a pleasant stay

Very run down properly, but in a good location. Randomly charged my credit card $24 after my stay with no explanation.

Great experience. Everyone was very friendly, room was way more spacious than i expected, jacuzzi tub was like heaven, and hotel was a super short walk away from the redondo beach pier! Will definitely stay again!

10 min walk to pier

Okay so the outside of the property didn't look very nice but we got the romantic suite and it was huge. The best part was the hot tub inside the room. And they had really nice soft blankets. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like that. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Look it's not the Ritz but it'll do. But we did bring a little bottle of bleach to run through the hot tub Jets. But we do that at every hotel that we go to.
