We found the hotel very enjoyable, although the only couple of complaints was that we were given just one bath sized towel and a hand towel for our second day, for two people. The other issue was very poor WiFi which I've never had before in this hotel. Other than that, the stay was very good.

Great location and what an amazing stay at this hotel. Variety of restaurants, gym was good and the spa was amazing. Highly recommend the Iranian and Thai restaurants. Warm and very friendly staff.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful and the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Very comfortable stay. The room was emaculate.

The hotel is lovely, good location, very clean and comfortable. The only downside to our stay was the work men doing work in the next room at 10.30pm!! My husband had to ask them to be quiet. We were given a free late check out for the inconvenience.

Big hotel with lots of space, fitness areas, outdoor swimming pool and different restaurants, including the highly rated Fusions by Tala. We stayed in one of the apartments, which was nice but the section it was in felt a bit tired. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay if you are in Bahrain. Particularly as it's not that far from the airport.

Our first room was a smoking room and smelt awful. Thankfully the receptionist changed it for us. The new room was small and dark but okay.
Nice friendly staff.
Difficult to find parking in the hotel car park as it is near bars and lots of people use it who are not staying in the hotel. The pool was small and very young male heavy - not for us. It is convenient for walking to a couple of bars and a small shopping centre.

Pros - The location is great. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. There are several dining options to choose from on the hotel property itself as well. There were also a few places to have a drink at the hotel. Good gym also.
Cons - The hotel is old and the rooms are dated. Bad wifi. I was in a non-smoking room, and found cigarette butts behind the nightstand.

The hotel is situated near a good collection of restaurants around the corner, not to mention the variety within the hotel itself too.
The rooms are spacious and kept clean and tidy, fresh water bottles were supplied daily but a quick call to room service would also get you more if you needed them.

The receptionist gave us a smoking room so we had to go all the way to the room and then all the way back down to ask for another room. It was very rude considering we booked non smoking always.
Aso the second day when we arrived to our room, we had zero towels. They forgot to leave us towels. We spent 20 mins calling but there was no answer on room service, house keeping, nor the lobby. It’s such a same since the breakfast and service of breakfast was nice.

We originally booked a Executive Apartment but they were tired and cold at night with no heating function on the air conditioning. We were given extra bedding and a portable heater which was electrically unsafe. Not what we expected for a 5 start hotel. However we spoke to the hotel manager the next day after a cold night and were moved to a nice room on the 7th floor in the main building which was more modern and warmer overnight. The room being cold wouldn't normally be a problem but in the winter months its gets cold overnight. Its the first time weve stayed in a 5 star hotel with no heating available. The hotel is lovely but they need a better solution than offering an old electrically unsafe heater to keep the apartment or room at an acceptable temperature. The hotel would definitely benefit from a refresh especially the executive apartments.
