Stayed for 3 nights in the Tantallon room. It is a large room at the top of the house. Very comfy bed. Continental brrakfast and on street parking included in the road outside. A great place as a base for visting the dales etc. Would definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful and the room was really clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The only point that could have been better is the range and quantity of breakfast. The property was located in just a 5-minute walk from the town centre and the owner supplied parking permits which was great. Highly recommended!

The owner has poor hosting skills and didn’t communicate F2F - was either walking or had their back to us when speaking . Felt very rushed at check in and didn’t feel welcome. Expected a quiet stay but the owner has a young family and the noise levels were often difficult to ignore. I booked based on the high ratings but say our stay didn’t meet our expectations. The standard of cleanliness was high and the condition of the room very good. Breakfast was good but the quality of bread was budget supermarket. For the price paid I don’t think it was value for money. Wouldn’t return to the property because we looked at other accommodation that delivered more value for money. Harrogate is beautiful and full of lovely interesting people .

Wynnstay House, a beautiful 3 storey, double fronted house in an established part of Harrogate. The room was spotlessly clean and the owner made us feel very welcome.

Walked from the railway station to this great B&B. Very quite but close the the town centre and restaurants etc. Will definitely stay again.

A lovely property with comfortable, spacious rooms on a quiet street. The hosts were great and breakfast was generous. Only a short walk to the town centre.

Our stay at Wynnstay House was very enjoyable. Kamila was a lovely host who would do anything for you. The house is only a short 2/3 minute walk into the centre and there are plenty of bars, café/restaurants to choose from. The included continental breakfast was ample for us and the cooked breakfast(at an extra cost), although we didn't try it, looked of a high standard. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable as was all the house. Parking, by permit, included in the price was on-street but there was plenty space close by. All in all we would struggle to find fault and will definitely return.

Property was quirky & the decor and period charm were appealing

The property is handy for the local shops and the convention centre as it is centrally located. The cooked breakfast in the morning was very miserly on the portion sizes. One sausage, one rasher of bacon, 1 fried egg and a few baked beans and mushrooms, plus it was luke warm at best. The toast was cold. I dont think they wanted to do cooked breakfast as they were trying to push a continental one on us when we checked in. Another minor thing was that the toilet paper and napkins were of poor quality, very thin and cheap.

Good location, the room was very comfortable, good ensuite. Parking with a permit on road, had the free continental breakfast.
