Amazing hotel in a great location in Kayseri. Clean, and good service from the staff and the food in the Sushi restaurant is as superb!
The one negative was that the heating was permanently on and the windows only opened a little, so the room was way way way too hot and uncomfortable!

The rooms are very old and gloomy, the lighting is very bad, it is impossible to sit on the terrace furniture, there are no cushions, I wanted to drink tea in the lobby but it is impossible, we hung out in the tea gardens in the park :)), the floor staff is helpful, the hotel is central. Oh, and I think I sent more than enough money for the minibar product that fell behind the cabinet and I don't know what it was. We stayed for 1 day and immediately moved to another hotel, unfortunately it does not appeal to everyone. It does not match the brand.

Very poor hotel. Staff are atrocious, incompetent and and not even at the level I would expect of a 1 star hotel. The hotel itself is tired and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms look like they haven't seen any maintenance for at least 20 years, smell awful and the bathroom appliances are in a state of disrepair, leaking all over the bathroom whenever used.
The pool facilities are reminiscent of a municipal facility from 50 years ago.
The city itself is lovely, but please go to any other hotel.

It was an extremely clean and tidy hotel. The deluxe room was huge and spacious. Definitely highly recommended!

We stayed in the kings suite. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Even though we had some minor issues with the room phone system and the music from upstairs, they took care of it right away. The hospitality was incredible.

The rooftop restaurant is excellent and the staff connected us to great and affordable sightseeing in Goreme including ballooning.

If you have a dust allergy, you shouldn't stay at this hotel. The floor is fully covered with carpet that has a bad odor. The air conditioning wasn't functioning. We asked the receptionist to send a technician three times and even requested to move to another room with a working AC, but they didn't accommodate us. One positive point is that the room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious, with fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and even an iron and ironing board. Additionally, there is free parking.

Okay-ish hotel - nothing great at all, except the facilities.
Front desk staff aren't very welcoming or polite - they just do the check-in and don't volunteer any additional information, until asked.
Family room - shockingly small! Had to call Reception and remind (despite requesting in-person earlier) about bed for kids which should have been included & prepared.
Also, it is a make-shift bed, not a sofa bed. Not comfortable at all, just 2 things put together and there is absolutely no room to walk!
For a night, you can put up with this but not ideal at all as it wasn't a family room.
Indoor pool and facilities are absolutely amazing though.
The only plus-side is its location - right next to market, shopping centre and amenities.
Apart from that, nothing great at all.

We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Wyndham Kayseri and we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice, great location, the bedroom is spacious. The staff were friendly, free parking, free use of the swimming pool. Only complain is that the price of drinks at the roof top bar are excessive… 11 euros for a small bottle of water and a tea!!!...Be aware that Hotels.com advertises this hotel as being on the doorstep of the ski slopes, and that isn’t true, Erciyes Ski resort is 25 min away by car and the hotel offers a shuttle service too.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Kayseri hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was great, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The only downside was the restaurant, where the prices were quite expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Welcoming was nice. Staff was friendly. However, the room was a little bit old and the breakfast would have been nicer. The main problem is I gave my car to hotel valet and later that day I realized that my left doors where crushed by another car during parking.

This hotel is not 5 star! I tried to swim on 2 occasions the pool was full of children who couldn’t swim despite notice saying no non swimmers in pool they were supervised by 2 teenagers without hats! The changing rooms were full of women who were not changing but chatting and scrolling on their phones, I could not even sit down to dry my feet NO ROOM . The first shower was broken the second uncontrollable I had
to go back to my room to shower and
change. I found the lack of information in the room annoying as we didn’t know where anything was ,no room service menu or details of “HEALTH CLUB”. In short this hotel’s location is fantastic, rooms are good but restaurant not luxurious and swimming pool and changing facilities are in need of complete renovation.

Hotel is lovely, rooftop restaurant and bar had great food and was very reasonably priced.
Sauna facilities were not open due to covid. The pool was available but it is one depth and I couldn’t touch the floor anywhere (I am 1.65m/ 5ft 6in) so definitely not suitable for children/non-swimmers.

The hotel was big and dated. The overall condition was ok but it was dirty.

It was wonderful. I got 26th in June and the welcome of the reception team was super warm, from all of them. I would like stand out the behaviour of Mehmet Nabi because he made me feel at home. He was very kind and polite. Thanks Mr. Mehmet, I will come back because of your behaviour. I wish you everything are smoothly in your career.
