The room is in great need of a good refresh. Has an unpleasant oder. Paint! No, amenities in room..... no coffee, shampoo, tissue... just a cheap place to sleep on your way through.

Unclean and completely vacant. No workers spoke English. Could not refund my reservation because no one spoke English. This is an Indian owned motel.

Room was for the most part clean but the shower had a hard time draining.

It’s old, run down, smoke detector is missing, clock doesn’t work, sad.

the room was clean and comfortable the only thing I can say was when I got into the office there was no one around for over 20 min. another customer came in looking for a room and we saw housekeeping on the cameras and finally someone came and checked me in,

When i arrived at the property, the front desk person, finally came out of the back, barefooted, and looking put out by my arrival. He couldn't find my reservation. When i told him i booked through Orbitz, he grumbled and finally found my reservation. I reserved a queen, non-smoking room. He said they didn't have any non-smoking rooms left. I ended up with a smoking room. The room smelled horrible. The sheets had cigarette burns. The TV didn't work unless you turned on the light. The toilet seat was round and didn't match the oval toilet bowl. The rug was dirty and stained. I can guarentee i will never stay there again. Not a good experience!

The person at the register didn’t accept my hotels.com booking price and sent me away with my 2y.o. at 10 p.m. He said that it’s more expensive for him to change the bed sheets. Just so you know, if you book it through the third party sites you will not be accepted there and will have to look for another hotel.

I booked thru Expedia and the hotel owner would not honor Expedia.com's booking price raising my cost by $30 per night

The floors were dirty. The walls were dirty. The sink was detached and loose the tub faucet was missing Hardware, the soap holder was taped to the wall with broken tile around the shower. The light switches were all wrong. That a c was dirty. They did not offer any shampoo or conditioner. The entry doors to the building we're not secured and left open continuously and unable to close.

For the price it definitely spoke for it I likeed that it had pool but they said the water was too cold to get into it the place was nasty the pillows stuck they had stains on them there was a door leading outside that looked like someone could just kick through i do not recommend this place

Our stay was good. Check-in was fast and easy. We ended up paying less than the quoted price. This is a no thrill hotel but we only needed a place to sleep. For the price the neighborhood is safe and there are lots of places to eat and shop. I would have no issues staying there again.

Awful service rude no hot water in shower would take 10 minutes to get in room . Guy was rude when tried to talk to him treated us like crap.

phone and tv were not in service. could not go out to eat because the front desk said I needed to be there until the technician arrived to work on the tv, about 2 hrs. later, the technician arrived and had the tv working in about 5 min.

Condition of the place was as expected for a 2 star hotel. Thankfully it appeared to be relatively clean. The shower head was barely working but the water appeared to be clean.

I was able to park near the front desk and approximately 15 feet from my room door. Very convenient for loading luggage in and out. Manager was very professional.

I never checked in. I called to confirm my reservation and they said they didn’t have it.

This place should NOT BE PROMOTED by any reputable organization. I'm very certain there was human trafficking going on at this property. There was a shady character walking different women in and out of the place at all hours. He hung around the lobby area both inside and outside and was not an employee. I felt very unsafe there with my daughter. We stayed one night because we arrived with no other options but decided to leave early and go back home even though it was driving 4 hours after day long activities. We just couldn't stay there the second night.

Room looked clean then we were visited by a couple roaches called office his response was do you want me to spray the room I couldn't allow that I had my 4 and 5 year old granddaughters in the room so I stayed up to make sure no bugs got on the9. No offer of a money back and it was too late to find another place. So I will not recommend this place or use it again

When I went to check in they said they had no rooms. I am traveling and just got off work. I had to find another hotel because they said they had no rooms

Roaches scattered when I turned on the light. A non-smoking room does not keep out the smoke from other rooms.

There was a small couch or love seat in room. My room had two entrances, one to outside parking lot and one to inner hallway. Only thing that really annoyed me was the rain was dripping a lot right outside my door, so I had to step to one side when entering or exiting the door. Room was dry and clean.

Dirty and nasty had roaches in microwave and fridge

There was no shampoo, no coffee in the room nor in the lobby, no hairdryer, no clock, and NO counter space by the sink. The three lightbulbs above the sink: on didn’t work, one did but was extremely BRIGHT WHITE, and the other was dim and yellow. The toilet seat was broken and loose. Where it connected to the porcelain, one bolt was replaced but loose, the other was broken. I almost slid off onto the tile floor which could result in an injury and lawsuit. The light switch upon entering the room didn’t turn anything on. We were required to walk into a dark room to turn on a light by the tv. The “refrigerator “ was a freezer…literally! There was no temperature control inside, and everything we put into it was frozen SOLID by morning. Not good! There was no fitted sheet on the bed, and the bottom sheet and mattress pad bunched up all night. I had to fix it 3 times. The lobby was uninviting. There was broken things stored in it. When we arrived, the woman at the counter told us we should have called (we reserved through tripvago and Expedia). She said sometimes the room is not available even though the website says it is. She went on and on about this, until she actually found our reservation on her computer, causing us unnecessary stress. The coupon advertising paper for the surrounding area restaurants in the lobby was expired by a month and useless. We would never go back there.

The owner was very nice, but the room was dirty, very ran down and even smelled like pee in there! The building is ran down and very dirty.
