Our second stay at this hotel and again, it was such a lovely experience. The hotel is right next to the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our favourite is The Gap, run by JB and Bliss. Looking forward to staying again same time next year.

Hotel and staff in general were very friendly, hotels very clean my only negative was the food, I'm sure its difficult to cate for so many however so much of the food was tinned which I feel let the hotel down slightly.

The hotel greeted us with a nice room overlooking the sea.

Cleaning of our room was exceptional. In the restaurant the service was mixed with Irina and Mariano being absolutely excellent, while some of the others need improvement. All in all the hotel was great and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location, friendly staff, views spectacular but beware of La Galería restaurant next door - tried it last night. "Steaks were poor, chips cold and cost was €350.00. Polite staff, but good grief they need to employ a decent Chef.... Hotel dining was very good. 👍👍👍

Excellent choice of Breakfast food. Hotel spotlessly clean, with friendly staff. Only fault for me was no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t understand how this hotel is so highly ranked it’s very nice looking from the outside but the inside is a lot to be desired. Very 80s looking foyer reception area. The staff where lovely but for time the breakfast looked like slop even though it was free for my room I just had a coffee

First time in one of the servigroup hotels. La Zania Staff very friendly, food was very good would recommend to all age groups

I loved the food option.
The only problem was at lunchtime and dinner they did not provide filtered water, so you had to buy a bottle.
Also, they no longer have an outdoor jacuzzi.
If you wanted to access the indoor one, you needed to request the key from the front desk staff.

We love this hotel! The position to the beach is amazing, but the friendliness of the staff really makes it so worth staying here. There is a huge amount of food to choose from and the bar area is just so relaxing. Some of the entertainment (mainly live music) is not for some, but nice to sit and relax too. If you want something more lively there are plenty of places to go elsewhere.

Balcony few is amazing, very clean hotel, friendly and helpful all personal. Only one wish- bright light in balcony in the night and courtains must be black out.

We had a terrible arrival, our luggage was lost! Went to La Zenia, I used the toilet facilities and it was dirty, very poor. They didn't want us to stay, only way we could stay was paying in full for the whole booking. We have been to many countries, this is the first time we have ever been asked to pay first. Staff poor, uninterested in guests - the way they attended those staying there was disgusting, totally ignored them for quite a while, then quite rude.

Check in was easy, straight to room, unpacked and out to La Zenia beach, followed by some shopping up in La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall. I have stayed hete twice before and love the pool, the breakfast and dinner and its location right on the beach front. Would stsy here again.

The food was poor and covered in cooking oil. the whole of the ground floor smelt of cooling or burnt cooking oil. the hotel needs soom maintenance for the heating /ventilation system for the bar and lounge areas.
