The plave was really nice, the room was beautiful, and the people who worked there were marbelous... i got an Upgrade because of my gold status, and they were very kind welcoming us.

This hotel made our stay unforgettable. I visited Istanbul with my mom and we truly enjoyed this hotel.Location is fantastic, we were close to most landmarks of this gorgeous city. Train stop within the walking distance and we had no problems getting to Galata tower and Fatih District. Want to mark that there breakfast is simple but delicious. Stuff is so kind and friendly that made everyday very special and THANK YOU for that hotel Uyan!

Clean well run hotel in Sultanahmet district. Extremely close to major attractions in the old town. Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Blue Mosque. Many great restaurants close by. It’s not the Four Seasons but not advertised as such. Staff very friendly and helpful. Downside is a bit noisy due to call to prayer

Really good location situated 2min walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque. Lovey helpful staff and recommended good tour trips. Generally clean and nice and breakfast was nice. Only two recommendations would be change the breakfast around some days for example frided eggs or something. 2 sweep and mop the floor in the bedrooms everyday and change new bedsheets. My room was only cleaned in the sense new towels but rest was not touched. Would have been better if we had it swept everyday as i had children with me floor was getting dusty. Other than that overall really good stay! Thank you

So we arrived at the hotel and on the 2nd day construction started at 7am, we told the reception we wasn’t happy, they denied there even was construction in the building. We then rang again 5 minutes later and they said it will be stopping in 10 minutes. We rang for a 3rd time and they said we cannot do anything there is a leak and it needs fixing next door. DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO MOVE OUR ROOM!!!- WE then asked for a manager they said manager isn’t available today and will see us tomorrow. The next day we spoke to the manager and he said he can’t do anything as it’s next door, when we went next door to see what’s going on, we found out there isn’t any leak- they are just renovating the room. The manager offered to change our room for the next day or said he would cancel all construction plans, so we said cancel the construction plans as we planned to checkout that next morning. Next morning 7am we hear drilling and construction again!!! We ask for the manager and apparently he wasn’t at the hotel, even though the staff kept running downstairs (cause he was there asking what we should do) as we was complaining. AVOID HOTEL SERVICE IS REALLY RUBBISH, only positive is location but there are way better value for money hotels in the same area.

Hotel Uyan is a a quaint hotel decorated with an old-world touch. Excellent staff and amazing location.

Ac not working even after change of room; outdated fixtures; yellow towels; lack of cleanliness. Cold breakfast. Never stay again

Hotel Uyan offered us a great stay. It is very close to the important landmarks, as well as to the tram. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, especially Qader at the front desk. He offered us great advices and recommendations. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Location was spot on round the corner from Blue mosque few miuntes walk. Hotel staff very helpful pleasant. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was good but need to add more to the breakfast selection as it is the same everyday. Overall we had a very nice stay.

The hotel location is good, right in the middle of old town istabul and close to most attractions. The staff is attentive and will make your stay very comfortable. The hotel amenties are in need of a refurbishment.

Child friendly & very close to sultan Ahmet square & tram Station. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Very friendly & helpful staff. Only thing that could be better was bathrobes looks quite old & torn from few places. We'd a very comfortable stay overall.

Hotel Uyan was a very pleasant experience for our first time staying in the heart of Istanbul. The location was incredibly close to all the places we wanted to visit, including restaurants, and the check-in process was very easy. During check-out, the staff even helped us book a taxi to get to the airport. The room was great and spacious enough for everyone to sleep in. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning throughout the building so it was a bit difficult to adjust on the days with hotter temperatures. I would recommend the hotel to install a small fan inside the rooms at the very least instead of having nothing. Besides that, this hotel is worth it for the location, as many restaurants, the Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque are all less than a 5 minute walk away.

Great Location, clean rooms, I would book it again as the location is great for short trips. Only issue was there was some construction nearby made some noise on one day only.
