Great location. Staff very friendly & helpful. Gave us an early check in when we went to drop our bags due to an early morning flight arrival. Room was clean & quiet. Would definitely use again.

I had to make two separate reservations for one stay, yet they were able to accommodate me without any problem. In fact they also helped me to avoid any fees as I had to cut short my stay. Manager and front desk lady Yamna were wonderful. Thank you!

Online check in was good. In person check in at the counter was excellent - lovely staff. Small rooms but fine for single traveller for one night.

For a micro room it was quite spacious with a good sized bathroom. Had all the amenities you'd expect which all worked well. Room was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was a welcome bonus..very nice it was too. Close to Museum station. Would happily stay here again.

Very good hotel. The room was spotless. It took a while to get used to the fridge and air conditioning noise and had 3 moths in the room , which came out of the air conditioning unit, but other than that, we would stay again. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, and the Museum train station is only a short walk away.

Excellent in all aspects except for wifi in Room 719, which was weaker than the Optus free 7 day trial, 35gb, 5G. Will recommend and will stay again.

Great location, friendly staff easy on line check in at 1400. They provided luggage service and Hyde Par, Metro and free mueseums were close by.

Upon booking I received a personal email from the staff telling me all I needed to know about the property etc. I was able to check in online and only required reception for the room card, It’s 24/7 so too easy, and to my surprise, I was informed I had been upgraded from the micro double room to the delux queen suite at no extra cost!! I was so elated I didn’t know what to say. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room…well, it was simple, luxurious and spacious with great lighting both from the huge window front and the in-house lighting. The ensuite is functional and shower pressure/heat is brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I will most definitely stay here again! Highly recommend. I can’t comment on breakfast as I had to leave very early on my first morning and got back too late for the second, so that was a shame🙂Great location, everywhere is walking distance, if not short taxi/uber/didi away and so quick to get. Room service or doordash/uber eats both available if not eating in the restaurant.

It was great! Great size for a solo traveller. Had all the amenities, very clean, wonderful breakfast on site. I was able to do some laundry and many conveniences helpful to traveller's. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and quality of stay.

It was an amazing place! We loved it. The personnel was very friendly, the premises are very clean, the room was comfortable with a coffee maker included (much appreciated!) though a little small, breakfast was abundant and location was great! It was close enough to downtown but not in the middle of it so we avoided the craziness of big cities.

Considering our room was on a busy main road it was very quiet, staff were polite and helpful, room included breakfast and the hotel has its own bar and restaurant. All in all good value and a pleasant stay.

As soon as I arrived into the room, I booked to stay longer. The rooms are PERFECT. Then I went down for free breakfast, oh my goodness, AMAZING. Hot and cold options, coffee, juices, the hot chocolate was yum! Then to top it all off, the staff. This is the only hotel where EVERY staff member was courteous and welcoming, including the cleaners. And I mean courteous, they speak in a manner that makes you feel like you are known by them. I have never experienced this level of care, care is the foundation of service. This is an actual 5 star hotel, because of the people. The people are seen in all aspects of the hotel, the cleanliness, the food, the service. These people care. I never felt like they were paid to be polite or do there job. It felt heartfelt. I didn't even see signs of insects or pests, and I reckon it's because even the pests and insects believe these people are so nice, they stay away out of respect. THANKS ALL!!!

The location is good to access a station or bus stop. Breakfast is also nice.

Didn't like the aircon not being adjustable to cool lower than 17, or cooler overnight. Needed another comfy chair so we could both sit together.

As noted, very central and walkable, clean, neat, great service - the high point was the fabulous breakfast, so much to choose from and such great staff, in restaurant too. I will definitely return.

Quiet, comfortable, stylish and modern room. Free breakfast food was high quality and yum. Price was affordable, given all of the above and how close it is to major tourist attractions in Sydney (Darling Harbour, Circular Quay,etc). My favourite hotel in Sydney.
