Great location, great service, friendly staff.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach and only a couple minutes walk down to the marina. Staff are wonderful and accommodating. Lots of included little perks such as free on-demand transfers to/from anywhere on the island and breakfast/food can be delivered to the room at no additional charge. Main pool is heated, which was a fantastic treat being we came in low season when thble ocean was just a tad cool. All up would definitely recommend and return in a heartbeat.

The view is everything. The rooms are very tired and the beds are very uncomfortable. When you read CLUB you expect club access like most 5 star hotels. Inclusive breakfast, morning and afternoon tea with canapés and drinks of an evening. You would think for $680 per night this is something that would be offered. But it is not. I have stayed at the beach Club multiple times and expressed this issue time and time again. But you’re on an island they can charge and do as they like. I am sure people will love it for the beach access and view but it’s not worth the $680 per night.

Liked adults only. Loved the food and service. Don’t like lack of sun loungers and room around the pool, pool tiles very slippery, and needs a little more atmosphere like music and happy hour prior to dinner service

Beach Club is incredible! We had an amazing view, wallabies were outside our door every day, no kids (I’m a teacher and needed a break!), most of the staff was so kind and helpful, easy to get around the island with their staff driving anywhere you want to go, check in was easy and wonderful! I would love to return someday! My only issue was with the restaurant manager one evening. My husband and I had reservations but when we showed up were told we couldn’t be seated because my husband was wearing flip flops. We went back to our room so he could change his shoes and we were shown a table. Not long after an older couple showed up and both were wearing flip flops but were seated without issue. This really bothered me. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Beautiful setting with wonderful staff that caters to one’s needs. Transportation requests quickly addressed. Continental breakfast was exceptional. Would not hesitate to return!

Nothing special. Service was basic, nothing to make you feel special. Check out at 10 is not great when you sre vacation

This is such a great option for those people wanting luxury and a quieter place to relax away from the busyness of the rest of the island. We loved being able to walk out from our room onto a courtyard and then onto the beach. The service from all areas of the Beach Club was exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble. Having the private transport available to take us anywhere at anytime was very handy and a nice touch. The food and cocktails were amazing and lots of options to choose from. The room had everything we needed and the Aesop toiletries and turn down service were another nice touch to complete the overall uniqueness and luxury of the resort. We couldn’t fault the Beach Club at all and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The exclusive beachfront and infinity pool can’t be best. Absolutely perfect location to relax and enjoy the Sun, sand and water (pool or beach). Service was excellent and friendly. On property restaurant was great for both breakfast (included) and dinner. And really no need for a car as the staff will drive you to nearby restaurants and to the harbor (where trips to the reef embark from) as well as pick up from and to the Hamilton Island airport. I recommend it highly.

Some of the staff are arrogant and lack professionalism. The place really lacks a service culture. Given the price point of the place one expects better. For example we asked for hot water which we had to repeatedly ask for and then when it finally came there was no cup or saucer!! On another occasion when delivering our breakfast the staff said “oh you must be very hungry”. And on checking the person never came back to tell us the room was ready - as he was supposed to etc. really lacking in proper service etiquette.

Wow. Amazing hotel, fantastic service and an incredible island resort. We simply couldn’t fault anything. Just first class from the minute you land at the airport to the minutes before you fly away again. Fantastic.

The place to stay on HI. Amazing location right in the beach. Stunning pool. Great cocktails and brilliant staff. Will definitely stay here again if I come back. Highly, highly recommended!

The best resort on the island. Perfect for couples

First time ever to feel so special as a guest, from the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff looked after us and treated us nicely, the staff are friendly amenities are clean, staff are very nice and best thing is being an adult only hotel allows you to relax and unwind away from the noise of other hotels and beaches. Only down side was internet was not working at some times.

Amazing views from the beachfront rooms. Their customer service was superb.

Was amazing from check in to check out! Staff are friendly and always attentive to your needs. I was very impressed with facilities and dining, especially breakfast. After checkout at 10am and awaiting a mid afternoon flight, we were still able to use all facilities and even transported to airport many hours after checking out. A truly 5 star experience!

People & Service are amazing and everyone is so friendly. Easy and quick to get to from airport. Great views, great location on the beach. Dinner was excellent. Good coffee. Well organised operation. Lovely atmosphere. Only critique is the decor may be considered by some as a bit dated but it doesn’t bother you when you’re there.
