Beyond terrible. Bed bugs, roaches. Stay away

Very clean quiet and comfortable room. Was priced just right for our budget. Jose the hotel desk employee was very polite and very helpful and was able to get us into our room earlier than expected. Jose and motel 6 exceeded my expectations. Would definatly stay there again.

I booked a reservation and when I got there in the middle of the night they did not have a room available. After driving to four other hotels I was able to finally check in at 5:30 in the morning. Furthermore, the staff was very rude and not helpful at all. The whole time I talked to them they were rolling their eyes and expressed they simply didn’t care.

Definitely has roaches. One crawled from under the bed and across our shoes. The sink in our room wasnt actually connected to the drain pipe and was just pouring water into a trash can underneath. Property was dirty. There was also a dog barkinf all night

The front desk clerk is the most unprofessional, rude human being I have ever met. I would totally pass this info on to my friends. It seemed like in order to get any real help or information out of this man I had to be one of the drug addicts who hang around the property.

The front desk is outstandingly courteous kind but sometimes the rooms may have bits and pieces missing that's supposed to be together... like a j drain.

Room was nice. Condition of tub/shower was substandard. Faucet was pulled away from the wall. The shower knob does not work completely. Shower would not come out fully. Very ugly mess.

Roach/waterbugs found in room. As hot as it was in 110 degree temperatures the AC was on 60 and high but still anything barely came out. I had to stand directly in front of it to feel anything and to cool off.
Front door to room was difficult to open, like someone broke the door handle or it was jammed

I use Motel 6 all the time and I love it. It is easy check in and always clean when I arrive.

The front desk lady is rude! The room stink like cigarettes. The parking lot is full of underivable car. I actually regretted choosing this hotel!!! I’m seriously thinking to find some other place

Where should I begin? First and foremost the staff is very rude. The rooms need a serious renovation for the price. No refrigerator, no microwave, no iron and board, was told the ice machine doesn’t work. Mattress springs are bulging through. air conditioning went out off and on. One housekeeper peeked on my window.
The only thing good was the cable and tv.

The water did not work in the shower and tub area

The air conditioning front cover was loose and shifted almost off. The bed was hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! 1 flush of the toilet and it was backed up. Walls had been partially patched and not painted over. This property is in desperate need of a renovation or to be condemned!

The area was safe for me and my girlfriend, but the door for our room was falling apart and the bath tub had cigarette burns all over. Along with that the shower faucet was hanging off the wall when we both went in to shower. Not to mention the bottom of our bed was also torn up and we didn’t even notice it till we were about to leave.

The woman who checked us in was fantastic! We required a refrigerator. She arranged it! We had our service dog, she provided us with a water bowl and bottles of water. I needed extra towels. She provided them. She was above and beyond what we expected.
As for cleanliness, we had clean sheets and over all the room appeared clean but I wouldn't recommend walking on the floors in your bare feet, as this was an impromptu trip, I didn't have my slippers so by morning my feet were black. Also during the night we had a water leak from the tub.

First “nonsmoking” room smelled like cigarettes. Next room was cleaner but, you definitely get what you pay for. Only 2 pillows. Definitely one of the roughest hotels I’ve stayed in.

Not overly thrilled about my stay. The mattresses were so uncomfortable. When you lay down on them you sunk in and I felt like I was in a giant taco. Invest in some new mattresses!

The morning manager was apologetic and is supposed to be adjusting the rate accordingly.

Not enough towels. Room was dirty, found hair in the tub. Asked for a handicap room on the floor but gave me a room upstairs. My Mother had a hard time.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Not clean at all, trash all over the stair well areas and around the trash cans. No hot water, people live in these hotels therefore the smell coming from the room next to us was disgusting. Dogs barking from the room next door, and it was terrible to sleep in

This place was dirty and run down. Doors and walls damaged, shady characters outside at all hours, would not recommend unless you have no other choice
