Everything is very good

Service and food were great. It’s an older hotel that will need to be renovated soon. Something was wrong with pool, it was dirty and it made the rest of property look depressing. If I was in charge I would cover pool until it’s fully repaired and crystal clear.

Room was good. They didn’t clean my room until I ask which was not explain to me at the time of check In, everyday I ask front desk to fixed the sink never was fixed water was too slow on the drain, cleaning was not up to standards. There was garbage and dirt behind the lamps, some of the outlets didn’t work..,,,.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The toilet seat was too small for the bowl and broke when sat on. There was no hot water in the shower. Bed was super comy though and staff were very nice.

If you are traveling on business and need good wifi, a functional business center, or sufficient air conditioning in extremely hot and humid weather, this is NOT your hotel. While the staff tried very hard and did a great job, the management of this hotel needs some correction. As an international hotel, there were no competent English-speaking staff. So, if your Spanish is not good or you do not have a translation app on your smartphone, you will not do well here. The hotel lobby a/c was set at a very high temperature and was quite uncomfortable. The room a/c had a filthy filter and was stopped up and dripping a lot of water on the floor. Wifi was not functioning most of the time. The business center had two computers and a non-functioning printer that the staff could not fix. Additionally, the a/c was not set to a comfortable temperature either. Whoever is rating this hotel as "Very Good" is apparently not accustomed to good business hotels.

en ingles...the room was clean, but needs to be refurbished, some furniture had seen better days. The room i had on April 11 was obviously refurbished...this was not.

Good deal for the price. Only bad thing was we tried to order room service for dinner, and they didn´t have the three or four meals I tried to order...

I wouldn't mind staying here again. However, we wanted the heat from the heater. The staff told us that none of their rooms have heat that work in their heater, because generally they said no one uses it. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly, especially the servers in the breakfast restaurant.

Everything was pretty good, except the pool, it was dirty, not very well kept, the rooms very clean.

Customer service is great! The menu is delicious. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant change from the normal foods. I'm the center of the city with a lot of options to go out to drink, shop and explore. It was extremely convenient. I didn't get in the pool but it was cleaned every day we were there. The gym is small but it has the necessities. I enjoyed my stay and recommend.

Overall the property was excellent. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome. Would most definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay

The staff were very professional and polite. We had a small issue with the room and they came and fixed it immediately.

I think this place was great for price and location I was really surprised, the beds were really really comfortable the restaurant was good caise we were so tired to go out to eat and the food and service was great. The check in was seamless. I give it a 10 all around nothing to be upset about… maybe just Pool was empty but that’s cause of covid I think

Great staff, clean hotel excellent service!

This property has the most kind, caring, attentive, and motivated staff I’ve seen in a long time. From the front office, security, to housekeeping and grounds keeping, they ALL do their best to make the property look amazing and clean. Employees walk the compound constantly day and night; with its one entrance in/out and 30ft walls surrounding, this place is as secure as you can get. Only three things to change:- The room service food was never palatable for this American. We’ve had to order five times during different stays (as most food venues are not open or close early Sunday - Tuesday) and we’ve had to pick through the stuff that’s good. - The room service menu does not make sense. They are trying to serve American style food, but have no idea how to describe it. We speak Spanish and we could not figure out what 1/3 of it was supposed to be. The English portion was obviously translated by Google, so it’s a fun read ( just not so fun when you get your food). -The in room carpet does not look or feel very clean. I’m not sure the hotel owns carpet vacuums (with the spinning brush) as very few places in Mexico even have carpet. It seems like the place was a former Courtyard by Marriott, so you get the gist if the style.
