This is our 4th stay here a d it has never disappointed. Very good comp breakfast and comfortable bed. We will definitely recommend to anyone.

We've stayed there every year twice a year for the last 5 years. We will continue to stay there every year. Great staff. Great place. No complaints. The only issue I see is they should probably redo their parking lot. Other than that five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

our stay was okay the only thing was we had late check out as we came for a wedding on Friday night.. the maids stayed outside our door.. it' was annoying as heck, kept knocking nobody spoke Engish

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise all was good. Service when checking in was friendly and efficient. We left a couple articles of clothing in the closet and they collected and sent it to us. Thank you!

One night stay while attending the Walworth County Fair. Easy 10 minute drive from the fairgrounds. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Near Lake Geneva as well.
The hotel itself was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good; waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits/gravy, cereal, oatmeal, pastries/bagels, apples, yogurt. Drinks included coffee, hot chocolate, apple/orange/cranberry juice, along with milk.
The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the pillows, but they were your typical down pillows that all hotels seems to use now.
It was odd that the Keurig coffee maker was in the bathroom. Seemed like an odd choice but we were able to move it out in to the room near the microwave and small fridge.
Overall, happy with our stay. Would stay there again if in the area.

The staff was friendly. I had an issue with opening my door with my passcard. The staff at the desk resolved it right away and came up to my door to ensure that we had no problem to access our room.

Usually don't leave reviews, but I have to mention how uncomfortable the bed was. Typically stay in about 12 hotel rooms a year, by far most uncomfortable bed I've slept in, in recent memory. Like feel the springs in your back uncomfortable.
Otherwise everything else was on par for a midrange no frills hotel.

Dark room - odd front desk experience - creepy worker at 5:00 am emerging from the back in a sock hat dripping of sweat - very peculiar - had heard the front staff was not nice and welcoming which was the vibe both checking in & leaving… the room was long hall and dark - couldn’t find bedroom lights when checking in and had to use cell phone light to even find light - would have been nice to have a light on- creepy…. The air condition in both rooms didn’t cool and clicked on & off loudly all night - sleep was impossible with stuffy not cooling -not worth the high price - will never stay here again and do not recommend this… the guy sweating at the front desk at 5:00 was bizarre at checkout

Hotel staff were very nice. This was a last minute stay so it did its job. Had the king size bed, was comfortable but pillows were too soft. The room felt very muggy, had to adjust the AC multiple times to try and breath better. Some of the outlets didnt work. Again, last minute booking so appreciate the availability but definitely needs work.

Friendly staff, VERY clean and quiet. Large, comfortable room, decent breakfast, coffee 24hrs a day :) This comment has no bearing on whether or not I would recommend but wish the hot tub in the room was a little bit bigger. Would stay again if in the area. Good value!

Our stay was nice. Slept like a baby. Not strong water pressure, but I assume that’s part of their conservation friendliness. The shower products left us feeling very clean. Bed was so comfortable. On the con side: the air conditioning could have been better. When we’d leave for the day we would put the temperature up, but when we came back there was a muskiness to the room. Of course when we lowered the temperature it didn’t take it long to dissipate. It could have gotten cooler in the room at night though. Wonderful coffee.

Due to no fault of the hotel the power went out for over 12 hours due to a tornado. The staff basically hid during this period, especially in the morning around breakfast. No effort was made to find breakfast alternatives and it was only cold items served. No assurance or information about the situation were provided
