Rooms were comfortable. Reception area needs more improvement. Stay was comfortable.

Hotel condition was about what we expected for the price. We were traveling with a small dog and this hotel was far more reasonable ($20/night) that other hotels we considered. There is a public part directly across the street which was very convenient for dog walks. Our main complaint was a bag of smelly trash left in the corridor by housekeeping. We brought it to the attention of the management in the early evening and it had not been removed by check-out. TV interface was virtually unusable.

The rooms were filthy. The carpet was filthy. The hallway smelled like cat urine.

The door to the room was falling off of its hinges…. RM210 They gave a drink voucher for the bar that was shut down by code enforcement. Expectations were not high given the cost of the room, but….

Our room was dirty, and I don't mean just a hair or a dirty towel, I mean dirty. I moved the pillow on one of the beds, and there was a dead fly, then i decided to look at the pillowcases. Almost all the pillowcases (6 pillows) were dirty (stained, mascara on them, dirt). The bathroom was the worst. The shower didnt look like it had a good cleaning in months. Dust, dirt and grime build up in the corners, the floor and the walls. We were in a handicapped accessible room because thats what they had left, and the shower chair that a handicapped person would use was dirty. There was absolutely hardly any hot water or water pressure when I showered and the showerhead was rusty and had quite a bit of calcium or build up on it. I knew we weren't staying at the Ritz Carlton but i have stayed at many Baymonts and this one by far was the worst unfortunately. However, the gentelman at the desk who checked us in was extremely nice and welcoming and the lady who checked us out was very nice and polite. I think they are due for a remodel or updating soon.

We were up all night from doors opening and closing. It was so loud, and it was not because the guests were being rude, it was that the doors were warped. So when you tried to open them, you had to kick the door in and then slam the door shut so it would shut properly. The bathroom floors were sticky, and totally needed to be updated. We got a text once we arrived to ask if we needed anything, and we texted back and said we needed toilet paper. Never received an answer so went to the front desk and the guy there said he had never heard of sending out texts. So we showed him the text we received and he said that must go to his boss not him. So he had to grab the toilet paper from the front desk and take it upstairs Would not stay here again again.

We showed up to wait in the front lobby with transients from the street hanging in the lobby with us for more than 20 minutes before someone came to check us in. The room was clean but run down and the front door to our room was broken and held together with finish nails (not secure). And the toilet was too big for the bathroom preventing the bathroom door to open. To top it all off, the room smelled like smoke and pet dander and had an almost empty roll of toilet paper.

One ice machine by front desk, broken. Lobby area a/c (with bkfst area) had broken a/c. Bathroom sink pipes exposed. Shd/v/b enclosed in a cabinet under the sink. Not enough counter space although there was PLENTY of room for it. Hate a sinktop bowl! Back door totally unlocked! Shd be accessible ONLY with your room key card in order to enter the hotel.
