The staff was very nice. The pillows were comfortable. Very good location for going over to Lake Delavan. Near lots of eating places.

The hotel had a strong odd odor. The room had the same odor. I tried turning on the fan system, but the smell from that was worse. The room overall just didn't feel clean or well kept. Also had one evening where there was a loud fight outside the building that came into the hallway. Did not like that at anytime, but especially at 3 AM. I would not recommend this hotel from my experience. I did not sleep well for 3 days.

the entire property was completely disgusting. this was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. it should be bulldozed down. it was completely apparent to both of us that nothing has ever been done to this hotel since it was built. all the furniture in our room was so old and totally full of damage. we left our shoes on so we did not have to walk on the carpeting. my husband did take his shoes off at one point and walked on the carpet with his white socks on and they became completely black from filth. the smoke alarm and microwave were completely yellow. they looked like they had been sitting outside in the sun for ten years. the fridge and freezer was so dirty. we left everything in our coolers. the lighting was terrible in our room and all over the hotel. the breakfast was horrible. they never put food out. the apples were rotten. the juice tasted like water. the mattress was old and wore out. it actually swayed down in the middle. we could feel all the box springs pressing on our bodies. the were people on parole outside by the front door talking about how they could get put back in jail. we did not feel safe at all. I have worked in the hotel industry as a director of sales, regional director and GM. if any of my hotels would have been run like this I would have quit. I would never want my name associated with such a horrific place. whoever owns this hotel is just pocketing the money and never putting anything back into the hotel. then we found out through Booking.com we were ripped off. if I would have went directly through the hotel to make our reservation it would have cost $99.00 Saturday night, instead we had to pay $149.00. we tried to change hotels but there was nothing available. I read the hotel’s reviews before I booked and everyone said it was a nice, great place. I even read the beds were so comfortable. whoever is listing wonderful reviews should be ashamed of themselves.

The breakfast was only waffles and yogurt fruit cereal. There was no eggs bacon and sausage no bagels nor toast.

The place was beat up. It was a lot of money for beat up walls and a sheet on the couch in my room. It smelled Dark and dingy was the lobby and breakfast area. I thought the Wyndham name would have made the super 8 cleaner and more pleasant

I could not understand the person that checked us in. The room had an odd oder.

Location and parking was good.

The room was a pet room in which we brought our dog. But it smelled. but not of an animal. we bought our own Air freshener. The walls were not properly repaired from pictures and racks. It was not painted and their were scratch marks in the bathroom from a Dog. Their was mold around the toilet.

The people at the front desk were very rude. The place is not very clean and old. I truly don't believe it is up to the franchise standards.
