I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is a very clean nice hotel but a bit pricey although in line with the cost of the other hotels in the area. There is a lot of great shopping and restaurants nearby and it's a very safe area. It is and walking distance from the shopping and eating if you feel so. Sometimes the traffic is a little problematic in this area but nothing that is unbearable.

Great place to stay when visiting Montgomery

Our room was big, we especially liked the two TVS. The shower water pressure was excellent. Even though its very close to the interstate and a busy shopping center and restaurants our room was quiet and we were able to rest! This was a one night stay on our way to our vacation. We typically stay in Greenville. But we have found our new stop over!! This place is EXCEPTIONAL!! The rooms, the staff, the beds, the linens, etc. Especially Ms. Mona or mama Mona!! She's simply precious! She kept the breakfast area spotless and refreshed all morning while carrying on conversation. She just made you feel like we were right at home!! What a tremendous asset she is to this facility!! You keep on being you, sweet Mama Mona! Can't wait til next vacation and our chance to chat with her! Such a great little ray of sunshine 🌞 she certainly is! I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!!

We love everything about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze! The breakfast was more than what we expected. We are very please with our choice in stay.

The facility was good but the room comforts were awful mainly the hard bed, the too soft pillows and the very cold even with the ac off, no extra covers to use to keep warm. I could not fine anyway to turn heat on because it was not notably to find.

The staff was considerate and amazing. Also, the breakfast staff was great and made sure to give a brown bag to me since we had to leave so early. She also flagged me down and told me to have a blessed day and be safe. I will definitely stay here again again if I am in the area.

I am one to read reviews and use them to make my decisions. This hotel is hands down the best in the area and the staff was very courteous and polite. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great! Will stay here again if in the area.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The service for breakfast was great especially the senior server who was extremely pleasant. Vanessa at the front desk was phenomenal. However, the person who checked us in was not friendly and very matter-of-fact, here's the key now move on attitude! I was disappointed with her. She did not greet the guests whereas Vanessa granted everyone!
