Convenient, close to town!

I have stayed at this Hotel in the past. It is an excellent value for money Hotel. The breakfast is good for the price. Conveniently located near the motorway. Nice helpful staff.

All the staff I came into contact with was brilliant. Am sorry I only spent 1 night there. The hotel rooms are basic but comfortable.

Nice clean hotel

We stayed here last year but this time it was a very different experience. The biggest issue was that we left our room, fully locked at 10am the first morning and arrived back at 7pm to find our room door wide open. These are motel rooms, the doors are on the outside of the building and can be accessed by anyone passing by. We immediately panicked assuming our room had been broken into and started checking for passports, keys, money etc. Luckily nothing had been taken so we immediately went to report that we assumed the room attendant had left our door open after it had been made up that morning. No manager was available and we were asked to speak to a duty manager the following day. The staff were apologetic and agreed it was not acceptable but we were left feeling upset and shaken and requested not to have our room cleaned again. Secondary to this, our vegan/dairy free requirements had been met last year at breakfast which was a reason we'd rebooked. They'd offered vegan cheese, plant based milk and even veggie sausages when we'd asked. This time, the chef suggested we try the eggs (not vegan), the normal cheese (also not vegan) or the cereal (dry i'm assuming as there was no milk alternatives when I asked) So having already prepaid almost 14 euros each, per day for breakfast when I booked the hotel, we were left with bread, cucumber, tomatoes and pineapple slices. I cant remember the last time i felt so ripped off.

Hotel is very noisy. Other than that it's simple but neat. Well maintained and clean.

Was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but the room stank of cigarettes from the ventilation. When I told the staff about this they just ignored it. The road was just outside and sounds a lot. Ok to stay one night but nothing I can recommend.

Beautiful environments and staff working in a professional level. Nice breakfast and on time.

Slightly over priced for the quality of the rooms and the breakfast. Dissappointing that staff were unable to correctly wear masks over their noses, especially when they prepared our breakfast. Room was ok, basic and clean. Breakfast pre covid being a buffet i think would have better, now you have to select on a sheet what you want and the choice is a bit limited for the price paid. Over all an ok stay but have had muh nicer stays for less in other hotels in the region

This is a nice cozy hotel. The staff are great and polite and the rooms are clean.The location is near the motorway and easy to find when travelling but its not very close to the centre.

Very cice Staff. The bed it isn't confortable, too hot inside the room. Very clean. All the rest ok.

Rather dated, but reliable, perfectly located next to the motorway (and well soundproofed) for an overnight stop while driving across the Netherlands, and good included wi-fi. Can't say anything about the food as we just used it to get sleep. The pillows were very lumpy but the beds and cleanliness was fine.

All members of staff were helpful and friendly. We had two meals and a ‘breakfast to go’ and found them very good.We were touring around and found The Campanile in Gouda a very good base to do sightseeing

It was a good experience. You got parking space in front and back. The room is clean and breakfast was lovely.Price was ok.

we found the breakfast very poor, no fresh fruit except oranges. by 8.30 most of the hot food was cold and dried out. also were charched for 4 breakfast only used 3 times

Location good for motorway but quite a long walk to town. Cans back cost €15 or moreo

I was staying here solo for a week-long hockey tournament at Rotterdam HC - location was ideal. Value for money was excellent. Room was basic but had everything I needed and was pretty clean. Secluded location and, even though close to a motorway, I didn't notice any noise. Room walls however are quite thin (with locked adjoining door?) possible to hear the muffled conversations ...! Bed comfy but pillow lumpy. Shower power great. Lacked air conditioning and could have done with some, although I was there during the 2019 heatwave with outside temperatures up to 39 degrees. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. I arrived early but room was made ready ahead of time. Breakfast was ok, and although a small-medium sized menu, the two-three dishes I had were top drawer.

Very basic, beds were uncomfortable and my room had what appeared to be blood (hopefully coffee) on the wall.If you are looking for somewhere to get your head down for one or two nights on a work trip this place will do, I wouldnt recommend it for a holiday.

Good food in restaurant. Very helpful staff who helped us make phone calls for outside services.
