The property is well kept. It’s beautiful and they have thought of everything! The pool area is stunning and clean. You can swim up to the bar area for beverages. The staff is constantly welcoming you and asking if you have any needs. The stay was wonderful! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, Antonio, Esmeralda and I believe it was Carolina we’re all exceptional. It’s apparent the manager there is wonderful because the employees love their jobs and excel at customer service! We booked a snorkeling tour at the property! It was marvelous. We will be back!

Location is excellent. Facilities are lovely. Convenient to retaurants and activities. Wonderful for families.

Nice and clean, every person working at the property is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the dock and kayaking rather than using the pool but nevertheless it is still fun to hang out at the bar. The resort is perfectly located, not too far from busy San Pedro and not too far from northern beaches and Secret Beach on the other side. Just across the street you have Sol Cafe and Tipsy Lobster, anything with coconut curry is delicious 😋 and few vendors. The wood carver artist is a real cool and talented guy, pay him a visit!!

Great pool and beach, rooms were spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful and kept the place spotless. Day trips to the reef and to secret beach were excellent.

Beautiful and very very clean. I don’t know how housekeeping manages to keep thw sand out. !! Perfect sized resort, modern and not crowded like the coco beach property next door. Friendly staff. Peaceful as it’s farther north and out of the town. Golf cart rental at hotel is expensive though.

The mosquitos were terrible which limited the time that can be spent outside in the evenings and mornings. The property needs to do more to manage the mosquitos (eg tiki torches with citronella!) or provide bug spray to guests

We enjoyed the great pool, dock, pool bar and location of this resort. Perfect spot for a family with teenagers, with two twin beds in the loft. Food ordered both for room service and the pool bar was fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great overall experience at this resort!

We enjoyed our time at the Belizean Beach Resort. The staff was amazing! Shoutout to Antonio, he works in security and was amazing. The girls at the front desk and in the overall office were amazing. We were closed to Secret Beach and we loved that we were 22 minutes away from town. We would definitely recommend.

We had an absolute blast, the staff and everyone is super friendly and kind. Very helpful. The swim up bar was amazing and the bartenders made every night a blast! The food was delicious I can't wait to return! We were met at the airport and chose to use their shuttle to and from I highly recommend that way of travel!

Enjoy our stay at this resort. It was quiet, relaxing and conveniently located on the beach. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. The swimming was awesome and had a swim up bar. Highly recommend and will return again to stay.

Beautiful property located at the shore where you can conveniently get picked up by the boats for snorkeling tour. Has a nice swim up bar/pool as well.

We absolutely loved this resort. It was beautiful, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. However, some the areas around the resort were dirty and had decaying seaweed which caused a foul odor. Overall though, we were very pleased and would definitely visit again.

Great place. We had a 2nd floor family loft. It was great, the AC worked perfect, we never lost power. I would say every single unit has an ocean view, we were at the farthest unit (from the beach) it was a "pool view" unit and we still could see the ocean from the balcony. It was great to have a kitchen, we cooked breakfast every day and saved money. Staff was very accommodating helping us arrange scuba tours with special requests. The public areas are spotless, the pool was great. we registered at coco beach one day and ate and use their pool too, the kids loved it. We rented a golf cart in town and parked it at the hotel, no issues. The beach, we didn't went in, didn't look appealing. We went during sargassum season. The hotel cleans it every day, at 8am you can see 2 guys and a small truck cleaning all the sargassum. But by 1 pm the sargassum was back. So if you wanna go in do it early. The water won't be blue by the beacb during sargassum season. It will be brown. But you won't find a nice beach on the ocean side of Ambergris. You have to go secret beach for nice clean crystal clear blue water. We did used the hammocks on their pier, amazing view, relaxing, and even jumped from the pier, but there was something itchy in the water. Didn't like it. But we didn't missed the beach. We took scuba and diving tours, island hoping tours, went to secret beach, use the pools, drove the golf cart around ,we had a great time.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool is great. The hotel wasn't very busy during our stay, so it was pretty quiet. The beach isn't the greatest. Space is limited and it's not too inviting. Our room was right in front of the beach and we had a private balcony, so we really enjoying watching the sun rise and set while sitting there. The hotel staff is ok, not the best. Before our stay, but especially during our stay, they sent us many whatsapp messages, which was ok at first but quickly became quite annoying. For instance, on our last couple days, they kept texting us to book a taxi when we had already told them we would contact them if we needed it. The room was correct, but the sofa bed was not comfortable at all! There's a bar in the middle of the pool, they made good cocktails. There is not restaurant at the resort, but there is one across the street and another at the next resort down the beach. Since we were only there for a few days, the limited choice of nearby restaurants wasn't an issue. But if you're staying for longer, it's something to consider since the resort is located in a slightly remote area. Pros: the pool is great and it's perfect to relax! Cons: the staff wasn't super helpfull, the annoying whatsapp messages and the awful sofa bed.

The resort is nice, clean and spacious. However, I was disappointed because it was very expensive, but they did not offer complimentary: breakfast, cookies, drinks, shuttle service… The sea was brown with seaweed. Not the best Caribbean resort.

Quaint small property with a nice pool. The condo we stayed in could use a little updating but totally met our needs. Staff was amazing. With the exception of some construction going on next door, the place is very quiet. We liked the location as it was 20-30 minutes to town and Secret Beach. Plenty of dining options in the area. We had a great time and would day here again should we return to Ambergris Caye.

What a beautiful property! We were amazed by the extras offered by the resort as well as the helpful and friendly staff. We fully enjoyed our time there! It felt a little far from the water taxi, but that was also what made it a better place to stay as it was much more quiet.

The people here were amazing and the layout was just perfect. You feel like you’re away from it all. Not crowded - the pool was incredible. Staff were outstanding.

I picked, reserve and paid for my room 3 months in advance which should have been enough time to make sure I get the size bed the paid for. But it wasn’t and they told me that they didn’t see where I reserve the specific size bed and I should contact Expedia

We loved this place! It was so clean, everybody was so nice and very helpful. They really wanted your stay to be enjoyable. We booked a snorkeling trip right from the hotel which picked us up by boat at the hotel's dock. They picked up our daughter from the airport. It is in a very safe area with a cute breakfast place across the street and a nice outside restaurant across the street, too! Lots of parking for golf carts, which you will definitely need. Closer to Secret Beach than downtown (which is not at all where we would want to stay). The pool and bar are amazing and there is a hot tub, too!
