Stayed here while in town for a friends birthday and it was quite comfortable. Close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly

We just stayed one night, the location is good, about 10 min walk to downtown. The guest house is an old building but not taking care nicely of outside building gardening, probably the summer just starting now, hope they can be put time to manage it. We had chosen the Turkey room, the room is very nice and comfort just a big small. They served breakfast, it's nice and by fresh cooking on your requested.

This was my first stay there and it was very nice. The breakfast was very good and Jennifer was very personable. I would stay there again.

Simple & easy to check in & out. Jennifer was very pleasant, made a hot breakfast for me. Room was very comfortable & in spite of a couple overhead thunderstorms it was quiet & enjoyable. I barely heard them. The video I saw in the website prior to booking made it feel like I really knew where I was going.

Beautiful historic house with wonderful rooms. The yard is also quite wonderful.
The staff are wonderful, however for breakfast tgere was only one person serving a large number people.
Towels, glasses, silverware were not clean. Instant coffee with powdered creamer was also disappointing.
I was a bit surprised to be offered two choices for breakfast. I didn't feel as though i had any alternatives.
Showers were absolutely wonderful!

Penthouse suite (2 bedrooms) was perfect for myself and a friend to share for a night out. The host was accommodating and responded quickly. Would stay here again

The breakfast was awesome. The cook and server Jennifer was very friendly and knew all about the intrigues that she was preparing. The room which was called the Turkish swore was beautiful. It gave you an awe when you opened your door. I would highly recommend your stay here.

Since my son now attends University of Guelph, I have needed to stay in Guelph overnight multiple times over the last year. I haven’t chosen the same place twice because each wasn’t quite what we were looking for. Norfolk Guest House is very well priced for what it offers. It is in a very good location, parking was easy (and free!) Breakfast was included (and made to order!) The host and house were both lovely! I have found my place in Guelph. Thanks!

This was the best decision I made for my 5 days trip to Guelph. Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast are included in this charming cozy house and what a great healthy breakfast everyday! I would recommend to anyone travelling to Guelph!

The Turkish room is lovely. The bright colours made for a cheery stay, and thr linens and oleasure to cozy into. The bathroom is a couple stairs down, a unique and fun feature when choosing tobstay outside of big brand hotels. Exceptionally quiet was my favourite highlight

This accommodation was charming. It is furnished with plenty of antiques and has updated amenities including comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this place and i would also return when im in the area.

Beautiful old house. The grounds at the entrance were a little overgrown. We thought the Dining Room / Main Floor, staircase up and hallway was beautiful.
The room itself looked a little tired. Could have used a fresh painting. The windows did not seem to open. The bathroom was spacious but the lighting was terrible. I also would have preferred that the bathroom have a door on the bathroom itself.
Angelina was the highlight. Lovely young girl who took care of us during our one night stay.

A beautifully decorated inn..very welcoming and lovely! The smell of fresh coffee as you enter. Complimentary breakfast delivered to your door and it is home cooked and delicious. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We definitely will return very soon to Norfolk Guest House in Guelph. 🌺

This a good B&B but not great. Lots of little things missing like no cleanex in the room so u need to use toilet paper, no coffee machine, glasses or water bottles in rooms, lack of info or instructions on how to get the continental breakfast and a whole list of fines if anything in the room is soiled. Pretty negative approach to renting out a room. Very little contact with the hostess of the facility until leaving.

Janet was a super host and didn't hesitate to engage and provide us with all the area information and attractions. Very welcoming and very cozy place. Love that little private terrasse on the side of the house.
