The room was a perfect size for the 3 of us. However the room was not serviced on our first night/following day - Friday. So no clean towels. We spent all day in NYC so got back very late so couldn’t complain to the front desk to get the room cleaned.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were given rooms downstairs, like in the basement. Rooms were dark and not very clean. We found a roach in the room.
It is convenient that the hotel has shuttles to the airport and US Open. Drivers were very nice.
The area doesn’t feel safe. There is nothing walkable distance around. Noisy. (Earplugs providedin the room).

I was glad I booked months in advance since there was major events going at the same time. This was a pre-board stay for a cruise. The staff here was excellent with an airport shuttle service to front desk and the gentleman that worked in the breakfast room. They all were very polite and accommodating to our needs. I felt extra safe with the New York police training academy right across the street. Thank you

It was good for a quick in and out stay for and early flight. It was nice that the shuttle started at 4:30am but we were disappointed that the wait to be picked up at the airport was 1/2 hour

Therre was a musty smell when we entered the room. There was a an area of the carpet that was wet the whole time. The neaiborhood is run down.The breakfast was good and plentifull

It’s an older property, the bathrooms need updating. The entire property needs updating, very small. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The motel staff was very accommodating, the motel was safe, nicely priced and clean. My daughter loved their complimentary breakfast every morning.

Very limited parking in lot. Had to park on the street. You can hear the jets from the airport they are loud but didn’t bother me. Staff is very friendly. This place is about a $20 Uber ride from Citi park. I would stay there again.

Lobby was dirty when we arrived. No seats available in the small breakfast area. Very noisy with airplane traffic. Beware, if you need parking it is very limited.

We were honestly very happily surprised by this hotel. It’s a relatively cheap airport hotel, we were expecting the usual bad service, eye raising cleanliness, uncomfortable beds and disgusting breakfast! But everything was the opposite! VERY CLEAN, people at breakfast and at reception cleaning all the time, COMFORTABLE BEDS, very decent breakfast with scrambled eggs, Chobani yogurts, bagels and cream cheese, juices, coffee, waffles…for the price, it was really good!

Deanna, at front desk was very polite and all the staff that I encountered were very professional and accommodating to all guest.
It was nice they allowed our party to check in early last minute with our flight being cancelled.

The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are not well maintained. The elevator is very slow (only 1), the hotel is located in the middle of a heavy Industrial zone, nothing available within a walking distance.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, I will stay there again. I love that there is a shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport, which is extremely convenient. The staff is also amazing and quite pleasant and helpful.

Location was good for what we needed. Very little parking in hotel lot. Had to search for parking on side streets. Breakfast area was overcrowded and difficult to navigate.
