We chose this hotel for its location near the airport, the free 24 hour shuttle, and free breakfast. We had an early domestic flight the next morning at 8:30. When we checked in, the staff told us that two of their morning shuttles were full and we would have to take the one leaving around 5:00 am instead. I was not aware that you had to make a reservation for the shuttle. We had to get up extra early and also could not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast which didn't start until 6:00. The staff did try to help by giving us breakfast in a bag to go. If you stay here know that you should call ahead for shuttle reservations or make other arrangements.

The room I reserved was not ready for me at check in, I was not early. The gave another room w/1 bed and a sofa bed I needed two beds. Dead bugs on the floor in the room with live ones crawling in the room. I killed 3 centipedes in the roomduring my 2 night stay. Furniture was worn out. Breakfast was good.

Our room was disgusting and smells horrendously like cigarettes. When I asked the front desk if they could possibly do anything about it they said no since I booked with hotels they don’t specify smoking or non so I had a smoking room. On top of that there was mold covering the ac unit and hair clips in the bed. If I didn’t have an early flight and very young children with me I would have just packed up and left.

The hotel was nice but our tv didn’t work and the person at the front desk did not help us and said there was nothing she could do. Also there were no towels at the pool area. Besides that it was clean and the other staff members were nice.

Stayed in room 345. Unfortunately, we didn't get in until roughly 1 am and didnt shower when we got in. When we woke up to shower, we discovered that they didn't even have proper shower implements, just some sort of shower head half-ass attached to a vertical bar. To really put the cherry on top, there was absolutely no hot water to speak of, if you turned the faucet on beyond a trickle the water was just flat out cold.
Easily one of the few, but worst hotel stays we've had, and easily the worst Hampton stay I've ever had in 15 years of traveling.

Super easy access to the Airport, comfortable beds, coffee available at 3:00 am, that's really all I ask. Grounds were clean and well kept up, very friendly desk staff at check in.

I always book this hotel after an East Coast flight. It is a short ride from SAC Airport and located in a developed area. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is filling and the pool area is a great way to wake up after a long travel day.

Long wait to get into room m, over an hour, although it was 3 minutes before the stayed check in time of 3pm. Although it was not to our assigned room, they put us in a different room. We could not understand why they didn’t do that at 2pm. We scheduled a ride to airport when we checked in and found out in the morning that it was not scheduled. Couldn’t connect to wifi using stated password had to get alternate. Shower curtain rod kept moving and allowed water to get all over bathroom floor. Mattress was not good. Light for bathroom lit up the vanity hall which lit up the whole room so turning on light during the night to use bathroom was not good for the other three sleeping people.
