Friendly staff & customer service was excellent

Disappointed about add on breakfast, was told it would be available from 7-11. We were in a hurry due to a volleyball tournament. The person didn’t show until after 7. We ended up having to ask for a reimbursement, which they did, but delayed us getting on road. If shared that breakfast is available from 7-11 it should be available. We were late for tourney.

I was pleasantly pleased with the quality and taste of the restaurant, as well as the attractiveness of the food and beverage staff. The front desk staff were also very helpful and pleasant. The pool area and fitness center were clean and in good condition. Bed was comfy, and TV options were modern. All and all, staying here gave me the respite I needed after a long week of hard work.

The property is considered run-down. Old furniture, old carpet, old towels, and old fixtures. The hotel charges $250 for the security deposit but it has been five days after I checked out, and the charges are still "pending". Remote control not working. TV turned on and off by itself. The water is slow and the shower is weak. The water is just warm, not hot. Almost no hot water between 7:00 to 9:00 pm. For one moment, I thought I was in a Motel 6.

The friendliness of the staff both day and night were very courteous and helpful. The food service was excellent.

I really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will book again. Clean rooms, comfy beds and nice staff.

Staff very helpful. Close to the freeway, but I didn’t hear any noise. No homeless nearby so felt safe for me and my car. They charged $10.00 for parking, ridiculous! Clean room with nice comfy beds.

Just was a great stay

I have a medically complex child who has frequent hospital stays. Usually in the Bay Area. I book hotels often during these stays. We ended up at UCDAVIS this time and I found this hotel to be close to the hospital. Considering the price was mid range I knew what to expect. However, this hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location was nice. The front desk staff was friendly and check in was smooth. The room was more on the smaller side BUT I was only here to sleep/shower. It was just me and my child but could have slept several people with its pull out bed. It was very clean. Even the soap provided was of good quality(I usually use my own) The bed was amazingly comfortable! There was even a sound machine in the room to help us dose off. We didn't watch much TV but there was an array of options, including Netflix and Amazon prime video available. WiFi worked with no issues. Now let me get to my favorite part, breakfast! I never expect too much from hotel breakfasts but spend so much at the hospitals cafeterias, so I like to save where I can. They have made to order breakfasts. Including STARBUCKS. I'm used to the serve your own set ups at hotels. The food was amazing!! I felt like we were at a restaurant. Great way to start our day before heading back to the hospital. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in the last few years, this is the first review I've left! Only issue was the ice machine was out of order but the front desk provided ice for us upon request!

Be weary that expedia has pull out bed listed as double bed. No. Not even close... ita a chair that pulls out to about half the width of a standard twin bed. Great for a small child... no one else would fit.

Excellent accommodations. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it. Room was clean and easy access to the amenities.

This property was clean and staff were friendly. The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel was a lot larger than I expected with many separate buildings.

ITS SAFE AND EASY PARKING

Secluded property, felt more secure once I was inside. Didn’t realize there was a charge for parking until I checked out. Somehow I missed that.
