Hotel is really nice, rooms have great features, kitchen was very useful. Sofa wasn't particularly comfortable, and they only cleaned our room once whilst we were there (6 nights), which wasn't enough

The apartment was wonderfully appointed and very clean. The service was good and the onsite parking, the nearby restaurant, and grocery store were both very convenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the canal and train station. Wonderful bakery/coffee shop and a grocery around the corner. Perfect place for a comfortable stay.

Located slightly out of the city center but in a quite nice area. A supermarket with all necessary groceries is close by. Easy to reach buy public transport but as it is close to the train tracks it might the a bit difficult for light sleepers. Slight negative: cleaning was every 3 days by default but on request dayly cleaning is possible.

Excellent service from all the staff at all times. Went out of their way to help us rent a stroller as our luggage did not arrive in time. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Comfortable, big and quiet room for our family of 3. Lovely swimming pool.

One of my absolute favorite hotels in Copenhagen. The location is really good, parking is easy, the pool is great for exercise, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the spacious rooms are so nice.

What we liked: The staff was very helpful, rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Only 15 min. walk to train and Metro station. A few good grocery and dinning options a few hundred feet from lobby. Having a kitchenette and laundry appliances saved us money on our 2-week stay. Rooms/kitchen were cleaned regularly. What we didn't like: As only English speaking couple, most of the TV channels were in Dansk and had NO option for English subtitles. What made it worse is that every time the TV was turned on or adjusted in the main living area, it turned on the TV in the bedroom despite swapping remotes, etc... Very frustrating. For some reason (despite all the kitchen utensils and kitchen wares), no ice cube trays to make ice! I even asked at the reception, so it wasn't like it was taken from the room, just not important I guess?? What made this frustrating, is that there were no ice machines in the hotel. I was told to grab a "free" small bag of ice from the reception snack area.. Most of the time, ice was not there..

Great place. Great staff. Great room with a great view. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay and easy access to Transport

The Adina Hotel was a great place to stay. The location was convenient to public transportation, so you don't need a rental car. There is a grocery store right around the corner. The Kastellet Park is close by to run or just walk around. The Litlle Mermaid is also within walking distance. The hotel staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place and would use it again.

The hotel room was large and included a washer and dryer. It is located on the outskirts of downtown. Aside from the location and the sofa "bed" that was very uncomfortable as both a sofa and bed, the hotel is a decent choice.

Good stay, good facilities, only down side was the noise of the train tracks.

Spent well over 300 USD for a studio apartment for 2 and the bed was very small. My son had to sleep on the sofa. I was very unhappy with the response from the front desk - they said “ok” and European beds are smaller - as if I have never traveled. I have. Been all over the world and this is the smallest “queen” bed I have ever seen. Not sufficient for 2 people - giant waste of my hard earned money!

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment within 10 minute walk to trains/metro. We rented bikes for 2 days right from the Adina. Good all day until midnight and in excellent condition Fair price. We (3 related adults) stayed 7 nights to attend Eurovision in Malmo Sweden and tour Copenhagen. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher and Netto grocery around the corner were all great amenities. Front desk staff very friendly (English) and helpful to first time USA visitors to Denmark.

Pretty good area, somewhat off center, but nice and quiet. Communication easiest by taxi. Apartment was as expected. Friendly staff.

Brilliant apartments, everything you could need, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, tv in lounge and bedroom, gym, indoor pool, fabulous, stayed over christmas, highly recommend, 10 minute walk to little mermaid, and 20 min walk to centre, really nice staff.

Great for more than 2 people . Nice 1 bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice lining room/ kitchen . Great to hang out and not sit on top of each other . Only about 10 mins to City center by car - and that is with traffic

We decided we wanted the flexibility of the odd meal in the apartment and enjoyed having a sofa area, small dining room table and kitchen. We found the area very quiet and liked the Netto supermarket on the corner. Never heard another guest.The washing machine and tumble dryer were a good bonus, although we didn't use. The breakfast bar downstairs was nicely decorated. It was a brisk 25 minute walk into the centre, but we wanted some exercise. My only negative comment would be the white worktops and no sponge to wipe them down with, so ended up using tissues.

Nice rooms and onsite facilities, supermarket in same block, swimming pool compact, noisy traffic at night, and long walk to centre.

We really liked this hotel. It is clean, nice location and not overly difficult to get about from. We booked this hotel for a 3 night long weekend to visit the Christmas markets - but the hotel would of been very well suited to a much longer stay. With a kitchenette, fridge/freezer and utilities was great for a family stay (2 adults 1 toddler). It is easy to get to, we were worried having not been to Copenhagen before that would be difficult to get about from when looking on a map. But from airport can take Metro (M2 -> Kongens Nytorv then change M3 -> Østerport then easy 10 minute walk) and only took about 40 minutes, you can get a 72 hour metro ticket for €27 (adult -kids under 12 free) - we didnt know this and spent €70 on a taxi that took far longer! There is a convence store right next to hotel with any bits you might need. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Only thing would change is if the pool had been a bit warmer, but a great feature to have after long day out exploring.

Fantastic stay at the Adina! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and the Neto store was right close by for groceries. The room was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the stay at Adina Appartments Copenhagen. Rooms are well appointed and beds comfortable. There is easy access to public transport and local cafe, grocery shop and restaurant. Staff are helpful. Sauna was good too!

Adina Apartment Hotel was a very nice experience . One bedroom with plenty of space and top floor gives you nice view .

The proximity of the train tracks is unfortunate. We can hear the trains passing by. Beside that, everything is perfect. Thank you
