The hot gravel steps and floor is very tough on the feet.

It was only a night but everything was good, We did a late check in and I call them many times to ensure everything for our late arrival time and they always said no problem. In general good service

Great hotel for a good nights rest. Clean, comfortable and excellent customer service as we expected from a Marriott hotel. Good breakfast included. Plenty of self parking spaces. Walking distance to a convenience store, bar and restaurant.

There were several sports groups there that were incredibly loud & noisy into the wee hours of the morning to include taking their antics into the parking lot directly outside the guests rooms. In addition, another group watching some type of game on TV during the day & could be heard all the way down the hallway & into our guest room. The suites are also nonviable for multiple people the way they are arranged. The bathroom needs to be made separate so that you can have privacy when there are multiple people in the room rather than complete open-not the smartest construction of a room. I paid a pretty penny for zero privacy. Also, was there seven (7) days and had one (1) refresh day. Claims that housecleaning came by early in the morning & say the "sleeping" sign on the door & didn't bother to come by again later in the morning-we were out of our room by 10am every day. Needless to say, our room was a mess & I had to ask the desk for towels and bath tissue.

Everything was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The manager went above and beyond to bring us a few bottles of water with customized labels and a very special letter for the bride

We played at the Lee Health Sports Complex and it was extremely convenient. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant across the street was amazing! Hope to stay here again.

Tired and in need of remodeling. Not the Spring Hill I remember from past visits to the hospital district of Miami. Upton checkin I was told that, since I would be there only two nights, there would be no housekeeping. Undersized tub made the shower claustrophobic. I would not stay there again.

The room smelled and the breakfast was horrible

Great stay! Staff were super friendly and readily available. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely chose this property next time I’m in the area.

Nice Bonvoy property, some areas need improvement, broken ice machines on three out of four floors, chipped paint on furnishings in common areas. Hot breakfast offerings were cold, inconsistent housekeeping.

Pleasantly surprised. So comfy and roomy!! Breakfast was great too!!
