The staff - especially the front desk staff - were amazing. They were polite and efficient - very helpful with any questions.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! For us, the hotel was a place to rest after a long day at the parks. If we had any issues with the room (like our AC wasn't working), the staff quickly handled the request to make sure we were comfortable. My daughter loved the pool and the distance to the Disney parking lots was super helpful.

Great hotel for a quick visit to Disneyland. Location was great super close to Toy Story parking lot. Check in was super easy and fast. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but was clean. Ample parking at the hotel was super easy to find a parking spot. Only issue was you could hear the traffic noise through the windows. Would stay here again was great for the price.

First time staying at this hotel and I enjoyed it very much. We were able to check in early, staff was really friendly. Room was perfect size for me and my 3 kids. We got yummy complimentary warm cookies from front desk daily. Hotel was secure, and really close to Disneyland. We didn’t want to pay to park so we took uber which was under $10. Hotel is also close to multiple food places.

Communication before and during stay was excellent. We were able to check in early. Welcome cookies were nice touch. Good location too. Around 20 min walk to Disney. A little less to Garden walk. Bus stops nearby. Good restaurants in the hotel and nearby.

My sons really enjoyed the stay as they were able to spend time at the arcade and even visited the gift shop without breaking their bank.

The staff is always so helpful at this hotel. We stayed here three years in a row for our Disney trip and will definitely come back next year although the rooms feel a little bit dated and the sofa beds aren’t that comfortable the beds are very comfortable and everything is always very clean.

The couch was hard, old, and very uncomfortable. The pillows kept falling between the mattress and the wall under the headboard. The charge for parking everyday amount was not compensatable as it was simply adequate.

We stayed 5 nights! Safe, clean and friendly staff. Very secure and safe parking, within walking distance to Disney or you can take the shuttle right outside the hotel. They offer washer and dryer but unfortunately no breakfast.

Amazing. Location was great and people were awesome

I alway have a great time here. The bar was open, the gift shop had great items and the staff are always easy to work with. Although it's within walking distance to Disneyland, there is shuttle service, but we weren't able to contact them, and also the bus system was available both ways. We enjoyed using the pool and the game room for the kids. Lots of amenities!

We loved the layout of the room, very clean, comfortable, welcoming, enjoyable. Only down fall, was the little fees for water bottle in the room and internet charge for faster internet. Also couldnt find the ice machine, don't know if they had one.

The staff in the hotel is imply clean, but unfortunately, inside the rooms are old and rundown need a little bit of an update. The carpet seemed dirty. The couches seem dirty, but as far as the staff, they were absolutely wonderful. The inside was clean.

Spacious. Facility is a bit old. Hygiene is good though not spotless. Staff are polite and helpful. They also have coin-operated laundry machine.

Great stay at a great last minute price. I would definitely recommend. Generous with the cookies, you can leave your car there until 10pm the following day if you want to walk to Disney, staff was super helpful, room was large and spacious.

Overall a pleasant room except for the fact that the shower had very limited water pressure. Three days of very limited ability to shower was uncomfortable. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious. It seemed very clean. Dial up the water pressure and this would have been an excellent visit.

From the front entrance there’s upbeat music playing and then you enter in to a beautiful grand foyer. Welcomed with warm fresh cookies. Our room was fantastic suite with pool view and also view of the fireworks! The whole stay was fantastic!!

From check in to check out excellent experience beautifully maintained hotel, rooms were spacious, spotless with comfortable beds, loved the microwave, fridge and coffeemaker, felt like a home away from home, on site restaurant, cafe and lounge, great location, the warm cookies at check in were delicious, would stay here again, highly recommend

Nice Hotel. Great staff. The kids enjoyed the arcade. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the furniture in the rooms, especially the couches are a bit dated. Other than that nice Hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Good stay check in staff was friendly. Expect for late night guy working. My guest came late to receive their room key and wasn't to friendly.

Upon arrival, I asked where I could find a luggage cart. The front desk advised guests tend to keep them during their stay… weird, or so I first thought. I asked how I would get my luggage up to which they advised I would have to go floor by floor, looking for an abandoned one in a hallway, because it’s not something that Guest Services or Housekeeping handles. Otherwise, I would have to schlep everything by hand. So up the elevator I went and, luckily, I was able to find one. This is the point I no longer found it odd that guests hold onto them. They’re obviously hard to come by so you might as well be greedy until your departure or you’ll be faced with the same predicament. Every being for themselves, I guess. I found that to be poor customer service. They should either make sure they have enough to go around or have employees collecting carts during their shifts. The room was fine but noticed dust collecting in the corners and edges of carpeting. Furniture was dated and the mattress was sunken in. Also, you have to sign up to become a standard Hilton member to get free standard WiFi. Signing up is free but shouldn’t be a prerequisite to get guest WiFi. $2.50 for water unless you’re a Platinum, Diamond, or Gold member. Then you’re allotted 2/ea. for free (so gracious of them). Water is the Niagara brand, which is in line with Arrowhead bottled water so it’s nothing fancy. Parking is not free. It was about $34/night with the additional fees tacked on.
