Great easy stay!

I would like to commend and praise the staff for their incredibly genuine approach in helping and accommodating their guests. Upon arrival, I was helped out by Air and Jojo two of the most pleasant and attentive human beings one could come across. The customer service they provided is surely unparalleled and tough to match — I had some reservations about the room I received however they made sure I was extremely happy with my accommodations and managed to make sure I got a room I was comfortable with. I would like to acknowledge and once again praise their willingness, incredible attitude and disposition to go above and beyond for their guests. As someone who travels often and normally stays in very nice properties I can firmly and confidently say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality/service industry even more so than some of the extremely expensive hotels I have stayed in the past. Round of applause to the Double Tree team of Phuket and a special standing ovation to Air and Jojo! Property is somewhat outdated but the staff mentioned it’s receiving a full renovation soon.

Staff friendly. The bathtub in my room a bit old and dirty . Areas busy with a lot restaurants and taxis. I had been charged for service fees when I checked out and not sure why. I thought when I booked I have paid everything included cleaning Service .

The hotel looks nothing like to glitzy pictures on their advertisement. The room was stale, lights in the bathroom didn't work and the nice little tunnel under the front door was a freeway for roaches. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this dump.

Great customer service, great feel and was so close to the beach and attractions. Tons of taxis salons and eating and drinking spots right in front of you! I recommend this as your go to hotel!

Too many flies in pool side area

The hotel was okay nothing special but functional. It lacked any sort of ambience or atmosphere and inside the building seemed a bit dated and like a block of flats. The rooms were small however bathrooms were big and shower was excellent. The breakfast was good with plenty of halal options. The location is probably the best part with easy access and walkable to everywhere in Patong. The staff were okay m, they didn't have the Thai smile or usual hospitality, they didn't seem happy besides the door men.

Staff were lovely but my room 1141 was terrible despite being a premium room.

The hotel is good for transit for 1 night ,it’s convenient.The check in process was smooth the stuff and everyone was get kind .The hotel is around everything ,and close to most things. However the bathrooms shower glass was not as clean and room was not properly swept .

Doubletree Hotel Phuket is close to the action on Pating Beach, yet is quiet because it is set back 150 meters from the road. Great Pools

Our stay at Double Tree Hilton Phuket was fantastic. Room was as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was fabulous, very refreshing with plenty of shade and sun loungers. Buffet breakfast was generous, with wide variety of foods and drinks available. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Location was excellent, we walked everywhere in Patong.

The staff here are excellent and professional people. They take pride in serving customers and each interaction I had with the desk was great. They were attentive and there was never a long line

I love how I got a nice warm cookie at check in. It was a nice surprise! The wed foam party bbq was amazing with the dj and the swim-up bar. Food and drink prices were reasonable considering you’re at a 5 star hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is having to put the key in the key holder just for the electrically to come on.It’s definitely a different concept for me personally but of course some may be used to that I'm just not. Overall, I will be a returning guest!

Main lobby is very hot and not much circulation. Also elevator was very hot and uncomfortable. Room maintenance was average. Location was great to the beach and shopping.

The staff here were top notch! Unfortunately my fiancé and I got food poisoning from another city and got sick shortly upon check in - we were really sick in our room for 2 days straight however they brought us more water and electrolytes anytime I asked. They checked on us the next morning to see how we were - really appreciate that. Upon feeling better, we went and tried a restaurant on the property - really nice and really appreciate that the hotel is sooo close to so many things. Bangla road is minutes from the hotel and patong beach is right across the street. The only thing to be aware of is that tourists shoot fireworks off the beach at night so the odd time you'll hear the sound from your room. Was a bit annoying but not the hotel's fault. Overall highly recommend this place!!

Staff very helpful !!

This hotel was excellent - the room and amenities like the pool were well presented and always clean. Breakfast buffet was very good - a couple of areas to improve in though - no hasbrowns in the whole stay and food ran out at times like cheese and bacon and took long time to refill even though we were in their early (7.30am). One host on breakfast never welcomes us as well - she just asked for our room number - but all other staff were amazing which should be noted. Would highly recommend staying here.

Really great hotel and welcoming staff, the pool was so relaxing and the pool bar was really nice as well. Very easy walk to main road and dining options everywhere.

It was part of 12 days trip to Phuket .this double tree by Hilton right on the beach and very convenient walking distance to every where , highly recommended
