The women at the front counter were amazing. I was nervous relocating my life in my car. They reassured me the safety of the property. They checked in on me! They made sure that we were well taken care of. I was very impressed with the customer service at the front desk - Lillian was the best! Very comfortable hotel.

Very good hotel for a night stop on the way. Reasonable sized room. Clean, family friendly.
There was an awesome arcade place nearby.

Hotel is in need of a remodeling. I had a cold shower with very little water pressure. Front desk staff in the morning was completely unconcerned and just kindly said thats too bad. So sorry. No fix offered. Being a Bonvoy member doesn't always matter.
Nightvstaff atccheck in were very nice and gave me extra water for the room.

Lots of mixed reviews so wasn’t sure what to expect. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful. The breakfast is nice when traveling with a family, fairly limited options but they do have a make your own waffle station. I would stay here again

This was a great stay. The only thing was that the AC was so loud at night and the temperature kept resetting so it was freezing. Despite this I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Not sure why this place has such high ratings. It was dirty, there were scrapes on the walls, nightstands, pretty much everywhere. There was what I was hoping was ketchup on the couch, and the elevator needs WORK. I would not stay there again.

The design of the room was horrible, the bathroom and the wall extends into the sleeping area, giving you an extremely cramped feeling. This hotel appears to have been something else prior to being a Springhill Suites. They also put 1 TV in the middle of the bedroom and living room making you cramp your neck to look at it.

I explained at the front desk that I might have reserved a room twice because Expedia never confirmed my reservation.The clerk said I did have 2 rooms reserved,but she would credit one of them.I only stayed in one room,I didn't get a key to another room. I never got the credit on my credit card though.Maybe it was my mistake to expect Expedia to send me a confirmation,but since I was told I would get a credit for the second room, I am rating the service as poor since I never got the credit and it's been more than a week now.

Enjoyed our stay, room was large and clean, the breakfast was lovely. Staff at desk greeted and acknowledged us each time we came in and left. We found this commendable and unussual.
