The place & the staff are really nine. I have stayed with my mom & my husband for 5 nights & we like it. It likes 2 in 1: condominium stay & with hotel service. Very convenient for a family to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

I absolutely loved my stay at Somerset Chancellor Court, the studio suite I stayed in had everything I needed, including a washer/ Dryer, microwave, stove top, large fridge with freezer. The staff are amazing❤️to all, especially Chloe, Annie, Windy and Jane, thank you for making me feel so welcome, I would definitely recommend these apartments for anyone visiting HCM City❤️🙏

Perfect place for family trip. Nice location to go any attraction by walks, only needs 10~20 minutes for most of famous places and delicouse restaurants. Appreciate all kind staffs and will stay again surely !!!

Room was decent but pretty bare n not the luxurious feel but for the price you prob can’t fault it. We booked a 2 bedrooms apt n it was indicated that it comes with 2 bathrooms but technically only one to shower as the other one only had a WC n washing machine.

Check-in was problematic. The property manager did not have the reservation confirmation. I provided the confirmation number to check-in staff, yet they could not find it. Took almost 30minutes to allowed check-in. I reserved 2 premier 2-bedroom rooms. I was given 1-executive 2 bedrooms and 1 premier 2 bedrooms. I asked for a blender due to special dietary requirements, the answer was "we don't have that". Water for drinking was not enough for the stay. I called to have more provided, the response was that the housekeeping team is not on duty yet.

The location is very convenient, apartment is very clean and complete. It's a little old but well maintained. Preferably to have a flushing faucet for the toilet tho. Staff is very polite and helpful.
