Best hotel in Koh Samui. They loved and cared for our baby during her 1st birthday celebration. Team was excellent and reflects the standards of the Four Seasons brand. They are a true testament to the Four Season portfolio.

The textbook example of luxury and the price is very reasonable for what you get. It was for our honeymoon and they made us feel very special. Kudos to all the amazing staff

I was stunned by the view upon the arrival. The 360 degree ocean view was really great. The customer service was excellent as I was celebrating my wife birthday. They arranged the flower and cake upon my request. And my wife was very pleased by the setting. She also surprised by the Spa department that they make the 'HBD' letters at the treatment room. I would definitely visit them again.

Very beautiful resort. Even during Corona, the staff was very friendly and knew our names. The beach is private and the Villa we received was also very private. It really was a dream getaway.

Great location, amazing views, and with excellent service. Live up to the 5 Star Standards. All staff at FS Koh Samui were every attentive and attention to all details. Thank you to the front desk staff, Peter, Kam, buggie drivers, and everyone at Koh restaurant for making our stay felt welcomed and enjoyable.

For example, the least expensive bottle of wine was $120. In Vietnam, it was $45. There are many restaurants and wine shops right outside the hotel. And cabs are easy to get. So we just went out every night. In Vietnam, we ordered food and wine all week long. For more than 1K a night, it was just a little cheeky and felt like we were being gouged. They lost a lot of business.

This was an amazing stay. the hotel upgraded us to one of the residences with a huge and amazing pool and view of the sea. we were treated like kings and queens. thank you!

Mosquitoes everywhere. Could not even use outdoor area of room. Lack of privacy as our room was directly visible from the main club pool area.

Stayed for 5 nights, excellent hotel with great service. The only improvement I would suggest would be the food quality as we expected 5* food for 5* price, we sample some of the choices offer mediocre especially for the price.

The most amazing rooms situated high on the hill, overlooking the ocean. The infinity pool on the deck was incredible. Concierge and hotel staff were absolutely perfect and they went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one!
