Property is under major construction and that didn’t seem to be noted or reflected in the price. There is a charge for breakfast.

The main unfortunate part was that they only clean your room if you stay three nights and then the water pressure and temp of water was really bad! Shower didn’t get hot

What i like about the room was how big it was. Other than that had a bad experience on the 2nd day when the toilet stop working. Waited 3 hrs and had to complained about it in order for the staff to change my room with working working toilet. Wasted 3 hrs that i cannot get back due to this inconvenience. The property is under construction and smell like fresh paint. There was no kitchen due to the construction. This should have been mention before renting the room

Our Baseball team stay here for a tournament and the location was perfect. Right next to the Highway but close enough to drive to downtown Pismo and the beach! There was construction going on so it was a little noisy during the day but they didn't start until mid-morning so sleeping so no issue.

The front desk person could not handle the job. I was initially placed on the 1st floor with a glass patio door that opened onto an ugly gravel path and an equally ugly wall. When I complained i was told there are no bad views...Wrong. At any rate, I was moved to a better, safer room, but then the dog across the hall started barking. I had to stamp ont he bathtub plug to get it to stay, and then I had to get maintenance to unplug it (He was VERY VERY nice).

There was a really bad smell as soon as we entered our room. And I tried to air out and the smell just did not go away. It smelled like bad sewer water coming from the restroom. Hotel was under construction. Not much help and just outdated

We’ve had reserved a 2 days trip at Hilton, the hotel location, staff and cleanliness was good. The only things we are really disappointed by was the room we chose (bay view) was not available, the room we got did not have the sofa and little area like pictured, and the breakfast was terrible. There was work on the floor behind us, a bit of noise during the day, but a lot of workers seemed to be sleeping and taking breakfast as well at the hotel. We were a bit disappointed comparing from our other experiences at different Hilton hotels.

Nice location. staff was really nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Little construction going on. But still was quite. I would definitely booked again. Especially after construction is done. Bed was not so comfy. But other then that it was nice.

The room service did not have the curtsy to knock the door before coming in. They tried to open the door by force at 9am in the morning which is very unprofessional.

The fact that i got there at 1 pm and was told my room was ready. But because it wasnt 3 pm id have to pay an extra $50.00 to get in my room. But my ad said adter 11 am.

The property is quite outdated, like our tv didn't work and the heater wasn't functioning. However, staff is quite friendly and professional. Guests seemed to be having a good time at the hotel, which is always a plus.

The TVs are really outdated, for Hilton I’m surprised this location doesn’t have smart TVs.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Had to pay $10/night tax for parking (odd). Bed and pillows in King Suite were terrible. Otherwise, would stay again.
