The hotel is very nice and new. Plenty of parking. The restaurant that is attached has very good food. Little pricey but very good. We didn’t try the breakfast but I would say for $10 a plate try another place in town as there are many near by. The one thing I would say is the beds are not very comfortable, pretty stiff compared to most I’ve stayed at. It is right off a main road as well as a smaller airport. The noise level wasn’t too bad for us but I requested not to be near the road so we were put in room 214 which is in the middle of the hotel not on the outside walls. So not sure how noisy it would have been in a different area. Very clean hotel.

Let down from the minute we stepped up to the front desk. The gal barely spoke two words to us and handed the key cards without another word. Got into the 77* room with a broken ac. Called down to request to switch and was told there wasn't another room nor would I be compensated or refunded. Most uncomfortable nights sleep ever, the mattress was like sleeping on a sheet a plywood on dirty scratchy sheets. Will never go back again.

Was told there would be a shuttle. Then was told they’d call me and let me know if there would be a shuttle. Arrived at the airport, no shuttle, no call, zero communication. Had to pay for a taxi, when part of the reason I paid for the Hilton was to get transportation. Very disappointed, will recommend against anyone staying there. Don’t advertise shuttle if you won’t provide it.

Don't make the same mistake we did, stayed here to visit Glacier National Park. Kalispell in general is about an hour away from the West entrance into the park. There are a lot more options closer to the park. We also tried to do it on the cheap, and have one person sleep in the bed, and the other took the hide-a-bed. It was the worse hide-a-way mattress. I ended up just putting it on the floor. We asked about a roll-away bed and was told that they were not permitted in our room type. Long story short, next time i go to Glacier National Park, I am not staying here....

I went to a beautiful area and the view from my room was looking at a wall like I was in a crappy New York hotel. I told the front desk I was disappointed with my view and she laughed. The worst part is I know they weren’t booked up. I was scouting for my construction crew and will be back at a minimum of next week with 6 crew members.We will be staying elsewhere.

What I liked was the condition of the hotel, the pool was great but the reason why I’m leaving 4 stars was due to the cleanliness of the room. That part it can be improved. The staff was always kind and friendly, and I can see myself coming back again especially because as a solo traveller I felt safe and the location was perfect for the activities that I had planned. Thank you so much for all the help and assistance provided. 🌟

Everything was great except for the fact that the place was not busy but we were still put into a room that had an adjoining door to a family with little kids screaming and playing all evening and early morning as well.
Would be nice if they considered that when placing people. Our floor was pretty empty otherwise.

Very nice. However. Travelocity offered a 2 king bed suite and this property does not have that. So we had to get a 2 queen room. For the Same price as the Kings because it was through Travelocity.

Great stay. The only odd thing was the odd transition of free breakfast to free sit down only breakfast as they transition to no free breakfast- I think? I just didn’t have time to be seated, I just thought I was popping in really quick.
