Very nice property we enjoyed our 8 nights very much.

The checkin experience was terrible, the keys did not work, the room number on the checkin instructions was different from the one with the hotel security, however the keys did not open either room!
Generally, the hotel needs a facelift! The building looks old as well as the lifts and the rooms

Great location. Spacious apartment with all the facilities we required. Easy access to and from pool area as well as esplanade.

The staff were fabulous, very welcoming and helpful. The room was just what we needed last minute. Family friendly hotel, the heated pool was a hit with my grandson.
Would definitely stay again.

Overall quite good. Room we stayed in was in need of a bit of attention. The couches are old and carpets need replacing. The resort itself was great and pools excellent.

Great apartment with good sea view and pool view aspect. We appreciated that we had been upgraded. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. Close to local sights and Marina within 5 minutes by car.
Design of the apartment was modern and stylish.
The lounge suite was uncomfortable but general layout of furniture was good. Access to the car park from the apartment was a little confusing in that access key was required differently than normal.

Great location, great facilities, lovely accommodation, good service, superb views.
The only downside was actually some people’s lack of consideration towards others - stomping feet like herd of elephants or moving furniture around on the top floor at 10pm or 6am , or ‘singing’/screaming like possessed from their balcony at night.

Likes: pools & pool area, reception area, room was great and view was wonderful.
Dislikes: Each room should have at least 1 designated secure parking spot, wifi did not work in room only pool area & reception, it wasn’t very pleasant sitting on the balcony with the air con vent blowing hot air on us, they should be moved.

I didn’t even get to stay there I booked and I paid for it and they would not let me in the door because the online booking service did not transfer the information in time and I was unable to get a key and I want a full refund immediately, or I will be reporting this service to media

The room was as advertised so we were satisfied with our choice. The reason I chose this hotel and room was because it had a kitchen with a the mugs, plates and cooking utensils we might need which we definitely made use of. The room also had all the towels and things we needed, good foxtel channels and showers had great water pressure. Pool area was also great.

From the UK. I stayed here in 2019 when travel for work and loved it. Returned in 2024 as part of our holiday traveling up the coast.
When we arrived into our room my mum (62) tripped and fell over an elevated piece on the floor entering the bedroom area. She hurt her foot but not enough to report or seek help, but was very shocked and it really started our stay on a 'downer' (photos attached). We ended up putting a towel down on it. It should really be looked at.
I slept on the sofabed, which having previously stayed a number of times, I knew was there. The staff wanted to charge me for extra bedding to use sofabed.
Said to receptionist that the place seems to be lacking maintenance - she didn't seem to take much interest in specifics and moved the conversation along.
Nice pool. Wouldn't rush back.

The Appartement was OK - not great but Ok: clean, spacious, and ok-equipped. What‘s important to know for international travelers: the WiFi does not work most of the time. Plus: there was no shower, but only a bath tub without shower curtain - nothing for tall people as your head will hit the ceiling…
What we paid was not worth the stay.

Couldn't book a family room via Wotif - arrived to meet our son, to find he HAD booked a family room. Not really a problem, but a bit annoying all the same.

Wonderful location with good amenities and extremely friendly staff. We had only booked for two nights and ended up staying an extra night.

Great accomodation. TV needs an upgrade. Oven needs trays. Having the shower in the bath would be hard for elderly. Bathroom window needs frosted glass.
