I stayed for just one night between flight and work. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was quite busy. The staff was a little behind. But still had food.

Had a few hiccups the first night, but after reaching out to the manager, he quickly resolved the issues and responded promptly and went above and beyond to make her stay definitely a memorable one. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town without a doubt.

Very nice, was able to check in earlier than expected. Room was clean. Happy with my stay. The only downfall is you can hear everything going on in someone’s room and in the hall way- thin walls

There was a new person training at the front desk. She charged me twice and wasn’t very pleasant. I waited until check out the next day and the person at the front desk was terrific and very nice.

As usual great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and free breakfast. Good size gym and pool, good location close to retail ahops and restaurants. Good airport shuttle service.

The hotel has a stale smell especially the hallways and our room. It smelled like old cigarette smoke. Our room just smelled horrible. We were not happy. If we had been staying more than one night we wouldn’t have stayed.

I stayed here one night because my 4 year old daughter was asking to stay in a hotel. We went to Raleigh and chose to stay here. The room was clean and spacious.

Very nice hotel, clean, well appointed rooms. Dog friendly. Very convenient location close to large shopping area and restaurants.

Overall everything was great! No complaints! I do wish the front desk would have asked me my view preference because I had a horrible view. Luckily I was only staying one night, but still. Then for breakfast the 2% milk was out after my daughter poured cereal into her bowl. There was no one attending the kitchen. I knocked on the door and still no one was available. Overall I would stay here again as the rooms were clean and overall everything was great.

Tanya at the front desk was a delight! She was incredibly helpful and kind, and had us checked in with treats and water very quickly. The room was clean except for the hair in and above the shower which freaks me out. Since Tanya was so incredible, I brushed it off.

Loved the place.
They actually had a very good bread selection, loved the big piece of white bread, it wasn’t bland like most Hampton Inns, and Hyatt Places.
The only down side, and I’m reaching for negatives because there are almost none,
Is the low flow, I believe that is what it’s called, toilet. And the ubiquitous area where the water gathers by the sink, and pools when you wash your hands.
One of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in, and I’ve stayed in some nice hotels in North and South America, and Europe.

The property is in a great location close to the airport. It's mid-way between Raleigh and Durham with easy access to Highway 70.
It's very well maintained, the rooms are spacious with all amenities and a very beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was good and staff was helpful.
