Great hotel, super central, within walking distance of literally everything you can think of. Very accommodating at breakfast with gluten free diet. Would defo stay here again!

It’s near the cathedral and many shops and train stations. The only thing I didn’t like was the room doesn’t come with air-conditioning so when it’s hot you really feel it

A fantastic breakfast buffet, friendly, helpful staff and really clean facilities. The fold out bed was not very comfortable and the room a bit small for 3 people, but overall it was a really nice stay.

Everything went well except that we got bites from BED BUGS! That made the trip quite unpleasant.

Construction around the building but no view. Very pricey for how tiny the room was. No air conditioning so the room was unbearably hot. Fan provided was so broken it rattled all night long. Asked cleaner for replacement toilet roll and towels and he point blank refused unless I turned my room sign around. Breakfast was free but not that great. Had it once and then avoided it after. Great location but the hotel was no where near worth the money. The rude cleaner and roasting hot room made it worse.

Really nice, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was better than your average continental offering, with scrambled egg, meatballs and little sausages plus the usual pastries, cereals and breads. Definitely had a unique style and charm and was in an excellent location. Would happily return

Stay was very nice & breakfast was good, however there’s no air conditioning & we were there during 2 days of hot weather which made it uncomfortable to sleep and opening the windows was too noisy.

Its a typical European hotel.Very small with tiny restroom and shower. It's expensive only because it is at the city center.

I payed 250 Euros a night, for a 2 Star Hotel, even if the room was new, the size and overall service of the Hotel, where average, a 120 Euros Hotel.

location is perfect, the room is quite small at least cleaning, the thing is there is no storage to keep suitcases when we checkouted and wanted to leave them in the hotel for two hours, the staff asked us to put it the hall and they are not responsible for it. We ended up paying the locker in the train station. TIP,if you are going to visit the museum actually they will provide the free locker.

The hotel was nice. It is very convenient to walking to the cathedral, the train, and tons of shopping. The room itself was small but it had a good layout. It had everything we needed. The bathroom was was nicer than the bedroom. I was very happy staying here. Don't let the small rooms detour you from this place.

Was a nice stay for a couple nights ! Hotel was nice and clean! And was near a main shopping street which made it really easy to walk to bars, restaurants and shops! Only concern was there was no fan in the bathroom… otherwise was a great stay!

Beautiful hotel right near the Cologne Cathedral. The breakfast was amazing, I highly recommend it. The sound proofing was a little bad but it’s to be expected in the city. Overall, a great hotel to spend your nights in Cologne.

This hotel was by far the best experience I’ve had in Europe. From the staff, the room was spacious enough and very clean. Above par bathroom with everything I needed. Each morning breakfast was provide which was my favorite part of the day!

Small rooms but very comfortable beds nice bathroom in a perfect area cologne is a beautiful city and the yggotel is a great affordable option. The only thing was in the morning you can smell the food being cooked which woke us up. But open a window and it was fine. This was our favorite stay in the 2 weeks we spent in Europe!!
