Safe and clean hotel with friendly staff.

We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we fly in or out of Sofia and we always have a great experience. The hotel staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and spotless clean, beds are comfortable. There is free parking and it’s easy to get around by car or taxi. We’ve used the hotel airport shuttle in the past but we had a car this time, otherwise it was a great option to get to the airport. Overall the excellent hotel and they’ve continuously kept the level of service over the years. Highly recommend!

I did not think it was value for money. As a frequent business traveller I stay in many hotels and I’d say there is nothing from Radisson. Bed uncomfortable, SPA does not work (advertised here as hotel with a SPA), room service delivered with a long delay due to miscommunication and a supervisor did not knock before coming into the room to ‘check how housekeeping cleaned it’ - after one night? How can you go wrong with tridying up a room and also why wouldn’t you knock? I found room decor dated and depressing. Location is average as entrance is through the residential area. My taxi driver got into an accident dropping me off. Bed uncomfortable, a memory foam mattress. I am sorry for such negative review but I did not sleep/eat well in this hotel and could not work out or have a spa service. The only exercise mat in the gym was supposed to be binned months ago - stained, old and dirty.

The hotel was good, your webpage on the hotel needs updating as I says you get a free breakfast and they refused, so cost me 200 for something I was expecting to come with the room,also I was enquiring regarding the free transfer to the airport and because my departure from the hotel was 1 o’clock I was told that I would have to pay a subsidy for after 12 which it doesn’t show so I got there another way as I felt I had paid a good amount for the suite in stayed in and refused to give them any more, probably cutting off my nose to spite my face but I’m like that

Good location. Helpful employees. Appreciate the shuttle. For me the exercise facilities are the most important and they only have a single functional aerobic machine. This is enough to make me likely not come back.

Great hotel. Near the Mega Mall with a large supermarket

Way overpriced for what you get. First of all the hotel hasn’t been renovated since probably 1990s or 2000s. The rooms are dark and barely lit and only basic toiletry provided. No hair conditioner for example. The service is appropriate to the era: we had an early flight and had to be in the airport at 6:50am. When we tried to book the advertised “free airport transfer” we’ve been told the the shuttle departs only at the beginning of an hour, so we had a choice either wake up another hour earlier and spend an extra hour sitting in the airport, or get there late. We chose ordering a taxi at our own expense. Breakfasts are an extra option like in many hotels in Bulgaria and we had prepaid one when we booked the room. But despite the fact that the hotel is close to the airport and many travelers choose it because of this, the hotel does not offer nether early breakfasts (before 7:00 on the weekends) nor lunchboxes, nor any other form of compensation for the service for which they took extra money but never provided. I would advice everyone to avoid this hotel. There are good alternatives in the same area which offer way better accommodation for the same or lower price.

Good breakfast, quiet and comfortable room. The complimentary transfer to the airport was really helpful. The only two negatives were that the bathtub needs to be updated and the gym is quite small.

This was a great hotel. They offered free round trip shuttle to and from the airport, which I took advantage of! It was such a nice experience and I didn’t have to worry about finding a cab or take public transportation. My room was clean and cozy. It had a very comfy bed. The bathroom was clean with a shower/tub. This hotel had a spa in it but when I checked in on a Friday the front desk person let me know the spa was only open on the week days. I was a bit bummed I couldn’t enjoy the spa while I was there. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!

I called hotel again and again for airport shuttle pick up, NO one answered the phone .

I always use this Hotel when in Sofia Very easy access . Unlike some hotels which offer free parking but never have available space this hotel has ample parking space on the ground floor.very good breakfast and the free mini bar is fantastic only why don’t you put nuts in the mini bar anymore. I used to enjoy my beer with some munch.all and all very good
